I saw Heather on 13th April 2026 after requesting dietary advice because two recent blood tests indicated that I have high levels of blood sugar and therefore a risk of becoming diabetic. After asking detailed questions about my diet and lifestyle, Heather provided lots of useful information regarding the way in which the body responds to different foods and the role of insulin in regulating blood glucose levels. She also provided helpful advice about exercise and diet and clear guidance on healthy eating. Following the interview she sent a summary of our conversation together with further information on how to maintain a healthy diet. Heather listened carefully to what I had to say and provided clear and detailed advice.
