There's no transparency about the waiting lists or the hoops that you have to jump to get seen. I was referred by the Tavistock to try get an appointment with CPU due to their own waiting lists. I disclosed this with them which they accepted and it was only several months later after the fact did they say they wouldn't see me as I was already on the waiting list for Tavistock. Zero accountability from anyone I spoke to there about the failures which occured.
A truly shocking service. A lot of their practice seems illegal, they seem not to follow rules around confidentiality. They are discriminatory and dismissive. This is not a good place and the people are bad people that do not care about others. I do not think Helena Bonham Carter is aware of what she has tied her name to. They truly make you feel hopeless. The premise of their work is excellent yet the execution is shocking. Avoid at all costs.
TRULY DREADFUL NON-SERVICE. Waited 3 months from application only to receive a letter saying they wouldn't be offering me any psychotherapy. So incompetent that they couldn't even get my name right on the letter ! Shocking, awful non-service - AVOID
