I highly recommend Zita West for IVF. We worked closely with Dr Simone Rofena resulting in a successful pregnancy on our first try! We met with the Dr and spoke to the nurses frequently - everyone is so caring and friendly. We always felt listened to, and we were given a lot of personal choice and freedom in co-creating the process and timings together.
I can't recommend Zita West products enough, I feel like they have been a huge help. I like the fact that these products are pure and not full of the 'fillers' like many other products are. What is also great is the lovely Isabelle who has helped support me and guide me during my IVF journey and given her in-depth advice on what she recommends for me to take. This consultation service adds the feeling of it being more targeted for your needs. Isabelle is very experienced and knowledgeable in this field, plus she is extremely kind and considerate which is lovely to be on the receiving end when going through this process.
I am extremely grateful to Zita West clinic All the staff, from the admin staff to the nurses to Dr Simone were very kind and compassionate.We didn’t feel pressured in any way in any decisions we made.We only wanted to do one round of IVF. We knew the odds were against us. I had immunotherapy and generic testing on my embryos, it was a gruelling time. Dr Simone managed to implant the only embryo we had successfully! He has very steady hands!! Now we have baby Arthur!!
This review is not about the clinic, but about one of the people that have made this long and difficult journey more bearable at the clinic. We’ve been with Zita West since 2018 and are still waiting to bring home our miracle baby. Along the way we’ve had many difficult times and some of the staff have been so supportive during those times. One in particular has been Suzi. Always so helpful and supportive, she really takes the time to listen to you and put you at ease. A real asset to Zita West! It really does make a massive difference when you have genuinely supportive staff who help you through the difficult process of IVF. Thank you Suzi!
Our story with our little miracle son, who has just turned one, is a truly very happy success story. The Zita West Clinic plays a crucial role in it; in combination with others. Only for them and their discovery of my immune issues and the appropriate immediate action, we are where we are: with our little son! They are excellent and very efficient in all aspects related to IVF. Dr George, Anita and the nurse team with their dedication, competence, social and interpersonal skills and readiness to help in every way, gave us so much needed hope, clarity and guidance in this journey. After so so many many years of losses and hardship all really seemed lost and failed. This clinic however, was so positive and put us on the right path and recommended us where needed, as well as guided us through all treatments with so much passion, advice and a genuine interest in their patients. They listen, tailor to the needs of their patients, get back to you very quickly and explain very clearly, as it can be so much information and medication in this experience.
