I went in for an emergency aesthetic filling on short notice. My dentist, Ashley and her assistant, Twinkle were efficient, thoughtful and did a great job. The appointment took under 20 mins and I am very happy with the result. I will be going back to any future dental work. They also have amazing pricing for London!
I had a really great experience at this clinic. I came in for periodontal treatment and saw a big improvement after the treatment, which I’m very happy with. Huge thanks to Dr Pasquale for the treatment, Dr Liu for check-up and the referral. All the dentists were professional, kind, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. The front desk team were also fantastic, always friendly and very quick to respond. Special thanks to Lara, incredibly helpful throughout. Overall, I felt very well looked after and would definitely recommend this clinic.
Very inflexible rescheduling policy. I accidentally took the wrong train and rushed to get an Uber to make it to the appointment as quickly as possible. I communicated with them that I’ll be 15 minutes late, but they said their grace period is 10 minutes. When I arrived, the clinic was completely empty that afternoon. I understand if they needed to reschedule the appointment, but I was disappointed that my £25 deposit could not be applied toward the rescheduled hygiene appointment and that I was expected to pay another £25 deposit to book again. Many clinics try to fit patients in if possible or at least apply the existing deposit toward a rescheduled appointment when the patient communicated in advance and still showed up. They are entitled to their policy, but I personally found the approach unnecessarily rigid and not very accommodating.
I have been going to this practice for about 5 years now and Dr. Anna has made a huge positive impact on my dental health. I used to have many challenging problems for many years and it is incredible to get better over the past a few years with the kind support of Dr.Anna and the very professional hygienists. I’ve been going to this dentist for years and have always been so pleased! My 3.5-year-old daughter just had her first proper cleaning today, and I am so shocked by how smoothly it went. Dr. Florentina was so kind to her, and I’m so happy that her first dental appointment was such a positive experience. After a bad accident where she nearly lost her front teeth, I couldn’t have imagined it going this well. While this dentist is not specifically marketed as a children’s dentist, I can’t recommend them enough for your nervous toddler’s first time! 💕🦷🪥
