I honestly cannot thank Dr Maurice Johannes and his team enough for the treatment, care and support they gave me during my smile transformation. From the onset, I had so many things that needed addressing before I can have my smile makeover. Dr Maurice was so patient, and recommended some specialists in the area, but what is more was also actively supportive during the prep process which (outside of anyone’s control) took a long time. When it was time for the aesthetic work, he was so patient and gentle. He took all my comments on board, he really worked closely to discuss the best options and I am truly in love with my new smile. I had considered other options, but I always wanted the best in Harley Street and so happy I chose Dr Maurice and Harley Street Smile. My new smile is exceptional and the experience was easy and pleasant.
I had my top veneers done at Harley Street Smile Clinic 18 years ago and it was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They completely transformed my smile and my confidence, and amazingly they still look fantastic 18 years later. I had my old veneers replaced after 20 years. They were put in by another dentist and ever since I had an area where the gum had receded and the way it was fitted had caused bleeding for all those years. I was very self conscious about my red inflamed gums. I went to see Dr Maurice for new veneers and he first started work on my gums and also trimmed and provided whitener for my bottom teeth to ensure I got the best result overall. As you can see from the before (2nd image) and after (1st) photos my gums are now a healthy colour, my veneers are beautifully straight and white and I’m feeling so much better about my smile and my health. The service was impeccable, Dr Maurice has such a calming manner and I knew instantly that I had made the right choice. Thank you Dr Maurice, Jill and the team, my expectations are surpassed!
My experience has been great from start to finish! Doctor Maurice Johannes has changed my life with the beautiful veneers and he has given me more confidence in my appearance. I was nervous ahead of the procedure and he made me feel calm and assured. I explained to him that I wanted a natural look and I didn't want the teeth too white and certainly didn't want them to look fake. My desired outcome was for my teeth to look beautiful but to not be too obviously synthetic which is exactly what he achieved. Another thing I loved was how honest and caring and he answered any questions and explained the process step-by-step. The communication with the reception team was no other than exceptional. I communicated over what's app and I was even able to move my appointment forward during the temporary phase. The team were incredibly responsive throughout all the stages. Doctor Maurice isn't pushy and has a very kind professional approach. He made suggestions but very much left it up to me to decide whether or not to proceed and explained the financial implications. I had a fabulous experience and would recommend him to anyone. I wish I had thought about getting veneers a few years earlier and I now LOVE my smile.
