I found the staff and Dr Eskander very pleasant and welcoming. I was nervous about the consultation, as I need to have a hysteroscopy before I can proceed with fertility treatment, but my mind was quickly put at ease. Dr Eskander is very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly, answering any questions I had with kindness and compassion. The pricing I found was very transparent and although an unexpected expense in my fertility journey is manageable. I’m very satisfied so far with my experience and would highly recommend The Gynae Centre.

Dr. Eskander treated me with the utmost care, dignity and respect, his smiley persona lifted the room. The sweet nurse that held my hand made the procedure bearable. The only downside is that the practice is very small so it doesn't feel like you get a lot of privacy. The office is right next to the waiting room so could hear staff laughing and joking which when you're going through something sensitive feels wrong, but it's obviously a good sign that they enjoy their job.

The gentleman who handled my appointment booking was extremely helpful and efficient, making the process very straightforward. On the day of my visit, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The nurse was attentive and kind, creating a reassuring atmosphere. The doctor provided outstanding care professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining every step, which gave me full confidence in the treatment I received. Overall, the Gynae Centre delivers an exceptional standard of care, with every member of the team demonstrating both professionalism and compassion. I would highly recommend their services.
I really only have nice things to say about the lovely staff and how they treated me. However, I am beyond disappointed because I was told I didn't need to be in for the delivery of my items as its discreet and will just be posted through the door. I was actually in but didnt hear the knock (wasnt expecting one so wasnt listening for one) and was left a message telling me I now have to go to the post office to collect it which I just dont have the time for. It may be a few days before I can pick it up!!!
