Great afternoon-tea experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. My only complaint was that the entire table had to order the afternoon tea. Not everyone wanted it, as some of us only wanted dessert or other items. It would have been much more enjoyable if each person had been able to order what they wanted instead of everyone being required to pay for the afternoon tea.❤️
Booked an afternoon tea today (recommended by friend) i must say it was worth every single penny! We were served by a top lad called Adam & Hudson. They was ever so polite. Well done for your great hospitality and kindness, i hope the younger generation is as thoughtful and hardworking like yourselves 👏
Stayed here in October 25 and June 26. Both for business and family. This hotel is the best. Service impeccable. Little snafu with the concierge but we figured out. Rooms beautiful and recently renovated. Food/ drinks/ breakfast and dinner all impeccable. The park is an amazing amenity we used daily
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful experience at The Dorchester for afternoon tea and the spa. Both were absolutely faultless – the spa was beautifully calm and luxurious, and the afternoon tea was delicious with impeccable service. A special mention to Veronica in the spa, who was incredibly accommodating and made the whole experience even more relaxing, and Marilyn, who was so helpful and polite. They really embodied the level of service you expect from a hotel of this calibre. The only slight disappointment was the reception staff, who came across as a little hostile and not as welcoming as the rest of the team. A shame, as everyone else was outstanding. Overall though, a fantastic experience and one I would happily recommend.
⭐ Had a great stay! Aerdi was so nice and lovely—he helped us with anything we needed and made us feel really welcome. Great service, and I’d definitely recommend staying here! Top tier breakfast and very clean as we first entered the rooms.
