I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough, and I feel genuinely grateful for the care I received from Dr Rubina and Nurse Leah. I went in for an extremely complex root canal procedure, fully aware that it was going to be challenging. From the very beginning, however, they created a sense of trust and calm that immediately put me at ease. What could have been a highly stressful experience was handled with exceptional professionalism, confidence, and — just as importantly — empathy. Dr Rubina was outstanding. She explained every single step of the procedure clearly and patiently, making sure I understood what was happening and what to expect next. That level of communication made an enormous difference; it transformed fear into reassurance. Her technical skill was evident throughout — precise, composed, and completely in control, even during the most difficult parts of the treatment. Nurse Leah was equally incredible. Her presence was grounding and comforting from start to finish. She anticipated needs, offered constant reassurance, and worked in perfect harmony with Dr Rubina. Together, they created an environment that felt safe, calm, and deeply professional. What stood out most was not just the successful outcome of a very difficult procedure, but the way it was carried out. At no point did I feel rushed, ignored, or left in the dark. From start to finish, I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. This is the kind of medical experience that builds long-term trust. Exceptional skill paired with clear communication and emotional intelligence is rare — and this team delivered all of it flawlessly. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone, especially those who feel anxious about dental procedures.

Where do I even begin? This has been a long journey that started when I was just 18 years old. In 2015, I had two implants fitted to fill gaps where my adult teeth had never developed. A few months later, I noticed what looked like a small tear in my gum. I returned to the practice and was reassured it would heal. Shortly after, I went travelling and was out of the country for a year. During that time, the issue worsened and developed into a hole in my gum. I left a negative Google review and was contacted by the clinic, who offered to see me again and try to resolve the issue. At that appointment, I also discussed improving my smile overall. I was offered veneers at what was described as a discounted price—£5,000 for eight teeth (including the tooth that was supposedly being corrected at no cost due to the gum issue). I was told by Dr Bashar that they would need to trim the gum slightly and that the area above the implant would be replaced with a prosthetic piece designed to match the natural colour of my gums. At 25, I simply wanted the problem fixed and to feel confident in my smile. Unfortunately, the result was not as promised. The prosthetic gum has never matched the colour of my natural gums. Now, four years later, I am once again experiencing issues. The gum around the area is receding and frequently inflamed, despite my best efforts to care for it. I have since consulted another dentist, who advised that correcting this would require a gum graft—an expensive and lengthy procedure costing thousands. While I am happy with my veneers and have had no issues with them, I can’t help but feel frustrated. As a now 30-year-old woman, I look back and feel I was a young and naive 18-year-old who trusted the process and ended up with a long-term issue that cannot be fully corrected without significant cost.

My appointment was cancelled, then asked to request for a refund request to get my deposit back. They said it was policy but a member of staff took my account number and sort code on the day of cancellation? I then asked for a number to call as I would like to speak to someone; I was 22nd on the queue.
