What an awesome experience for my wife and daughter! They thought the place was clean and beautiful. They went above and beyond with everything. Their therapists were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly! They highly recommend Thai Square! A+++++

Absolutely brillant. Massage was 10/10. Calming feel as soon as you enter. Felt like I was abroad. Pure tranquility and relaxing. Spa sauna was very nice

After a long flight, my husband and I were delighted to recharge in this calming and Zen retreat within busy central London. We each booked a massage, which was wonderful and included a scalp massage that was heavenly (thank you Salem!). And enjoyed the sauna / spa area with showers as well (bring your swimsuits). Perfect for jet lag— we felt so relaxed! Plus we were very well take care of by the fantastic staff — who were accommodating with our delayed flight affecting our plans. We will definitely be back! A+ experience

This was, by far, the best treatment experience I’ve ever had. The space is clean, tranquil, and beautifully maintained, and the staff are polite, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.
This was the best massage I’ve ever had, and I usually have a massage every other month. Patrick is highly professional and an exceptional massage therapist. I give this spa a 10/10 without hesitation and would wholeheartedly recommend it!

I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately this experience didn’t live up to expectations. We booked this as a birthday treat after reading many positive reviews—a package including one hour in the spa and a one-hour massage for two (total cost £330).
There were several issues during our visit:
1. There were no towels available in the spa area, and no obvious way to contact staff. We had to walk out into the dimly lit relaxation area and wait to be noticed. After explaining the situation, a staff member eventually brought us a couple of towels.
2. The sauna was not working at all. It seemed the door wouldn’t close properly. Again, we had to leave the spa area to find a staff member, but unfortunately there was no practical fix during our time there.
3. The changing facilities are poorly laid out. There’s a noticeable lack of hooks in both the changing rooms and bathrooms, making it difficult to hang personal items (a minor issue, but still worth noting).
4. After our treatment, we returned to the changing rooms to shower—only to find, once again, no towels. Having to repeatedly ask for towels in a spa setting felt awkward and unusual.
5. Female staff were walking in and out of the male changing rooms without knocking, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere.
On a positive note, the interior is nicely designed and fairly clean, and the massage treatment itself was good—I can’t fault that.
However, overall, the experience was disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this place. It's a shame because it could have been really good but there is a distinct lack of attention to detail and some simpky weird type of behaviour for a top end spa (towels).
