I had an excellent experience at this dental practice. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The dentist Mustapha was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me feel at ease. They were gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The level of care and attention to detail was good. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for high-quality treatment and excellent customer service.
Dr Noor is fantastic. I have seen her several times over the last few years, and she has always been kind, professional and reassuring. For a recent procedure, she explained everything clearly and kindly, without making it seem more frightening than it needed to be. The procedure itself was straightforward and much less of an ordeal than I’d expected. Dr Noor was calm, capable and reassuring throughout, which I really appreciated. Lahmara on Reception is great too, and helps to make the whole experience easy from start to finish. Highly recommended.
I cannot recommend this practice. My daughter had a 2pm appointment and the door was closed in her face because she arrived before 2pm - so we stood outside and watched the receptionists sitting on their phones. The dentist, Dr Noor, was rude, impatient, repeatedly sighed during the appointment, didn’t explain anything and left my daughter with an uncomfortable filling that wasn’t adequately filed down. We were then told that we would have to wait a week until Dr Noor returned for the problem to be fixed. When we basically begged for help another lovely dentist, Dr Henry, stepped in and fixed the problem. We just tried to get a second appointment with Dr Henry for a second filling but were told that it was NHS policy that we would have to wait 2 months if we wanted to see another dentist even though we are a private patient.
Holly Davidson is excellent I was unable to get a NHS appointment for years and an anxious patient. Holly put me at ease straight away and after numerous appointments has made me smile again, exceptional service and professional.
Lisa gave me a hygiene clean and she was amazing! She was so gentle and made the best efforts to conduct a deep clean while minimising my discomfort as much as possible. Highly recommend, thank you!
