We had a fantastic experience today with Dr Amit! He’s amazing. My son needed an X-ray and a filling on primary teeth, and the entire team went above and beyond to make him feel safe and at ease. My mum was in severe tooth pain and had been struggling to sleep. I called several emergency dental practices, but unfortunately, none had an appointment available quickly enough. I then called Smile in London, and the receptionist, Lorraine, was incredibly understanding of what my mum was going through. She managed to squeeze my mum into an appointment so she could see the dentist as soon as possible. Lorraine is someone you can instantly feel a connection with, even though we had never met before. She was so warm, kind and understanding. It wasn’t just with us either while I was sitting at reception, I noticed that she treated everyone with the same care, kindness and respect. Smile in London should be very proud to have someone like Lorraine as part of their team. She made a stressful situation much easier for us and genuinely went above and beyond to help. Unfortunately, I had a front filling come out yesterday. I phoned this morning and was delighted to get an emergency appointment on the same day. I was seen by Debrashita Sengupta, dentist, whom I had not met before. She was very person centred and excellent as she replaced the filling explaining each procedure throughout. She had a very gentle approach. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful. I am happy to recommend this dental practice as I have always had an excellent service.
I have visited quite a number of dentists and hygienists over the years. Dr. Amit Gupta and the hygienist lady Homaira are the best I have ever met. They are patient, gentle and manage to explain to the patients the steps involved in the treatments, what to do after the treatment and what protocols to be taken for the daily care of our teeth. I have just completed repair of the chips on my molar and removed a “wise” molar. Perfect operations! Highly recommend.
Great experience at Smile in London on Cambridge Park Road. Dr Amit is brilliant and one of the best dentists we’ve seen— he actually takes the time to explain everything clearly. Lorraine and Kuldeep on reception are always fantastic, very organised and helpful. Highly recommend.
