I was seen by Krishan Parmar for a check up and hygiene appointment and both himself and his colleague Kate (I’m pretty sure that was her name!) were both extremely friendly, professional and they really made me feel at ease from start to finish. They asked me from time to time if I was doing ok whilst having my hygiene clean and took their time with my treatment. I have been to dentists where they want you in and out and I certainly didn’t get that feeling from either of them! Thank you to you both for such great service. I should also mention the lovely lady at reception in the last hour on Wednesday the 10th Dec! She was very welcoming and friendly! Exactly what a first point of contact should be. Amazing service from start to finish 🙃
Excellent care and service. I've been using this practice for 20 years and been travelling over 250 miles to get there for the majority of this time. I don't think I know anyone who enjoys going to the dentist but from day one I felt completely at ease with Rash Patel. My daughter was 12yrs old at the time of registering with The Slade Dentist and she is now 47yrs old and never had to have even a filling. They really teach how to look after your teeth along with their expertise. Excellent service. All staff are warm and friendly.
