I came to the clinic for facial IPL with Ramute. The treatment was thorough and I am delighted with the results. I will definitely be back.
Do NOT go here for a lash lvl £59 for a lash LVL that looked terrible, barely lifted and were splayed out unevenly in different directions, and when I got home I still had a lot of glue on my eyelids I had to pick off, the process was very uncomfortable as she used far too much glue. Rather than admitting she’d done a bad job - she blamed me for having eyelashes that are long and straight, insisted she’d done everything perfectly and that she’s been doing this for 15 years. Deeply unprofessional and made me lose all respect for her. I wouldn’t be writing this review if she just took responsibility and offered a refund. She only agreed to a partial refund, luckily Treatwell gave me a full refund. I have seen how she responds to her other negative reviews which should be another red flag for anyone thinking of coming here. I had to show her a picture of a lash lift I got done last year where they looked amazing to prove to her my eyelashes are not the problem, she’s just not good. She should not be offering a service she cannot do. She also forgot to do a patch test. I called in advance to check, she said she forgot but it was fine as nobody ever has allergic reactions. Wasn’t an issue for me but shows she is not as diligent as she claims. For a good lash lift - go to Ren Beauty. She is highly skilled, meticulous and really lovely. I only tried Ramute because she’s closer, which was a mistake.
I was so impressed with Ramute's professionalism and accommodating nature. A red spot on my eyelid was treated with plasma and any other unwanted spots on my face were popped with a needle. Throughout the process, she makes you feel comfortable and calm. I am also pleased with her prices, and she was kind enough to do my eyebrows at the end of my treatment. I highly recommend her and I’m already planning to return for microblading eyebrows. 🤩
After trying several clinics for help with my skin issues, Ramute was able to quickly identify them in a consultation and to reassure me that they could be taken care of. On the day of the treatment she put me at ease and was very professional, and I was pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend her services and I’ll be coming back for more.
