I’ve been using Perfect Smile for some time now and always see Doctor Roksana. She’s very friendly, professional, and amazing at what she does. The clinic is always very clean and the reception team are welcoming and helpful. They speak both Polish and English. My treatments have always been smooth and pain-free. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Roksana Marcinkowska for nearly a year and cannot recommend her highly enough. She went above and beyond to save a broken tooth that was originally destined for an implant and restored it beautifully with a crown. I’ve had three crowns done by Dr. Roksana, and the results have been excellent. One tooth took some time to settle, and she reassured me and carefully monitored it with follow-up X-rays, which gave me great peace of mind. Everything is now very comfortable, and my bite has improved dramatically. She is highly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely listens to her patients. The whitening process was brilliant, and I’m extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Roksana explains everything clearly and is genuinely passionate about making her patients’ teeth look and feel their best. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would happily recommend her.

I can’t recommend Dr. Marcinkowska enough! I’ve had quite a bit of work done with her over the past while from teeth cleaning, fillings, a root canal, a crown, and even a tooth extraction and every single procedure has been done with such care and skill. I’m a naturally nervous patient, and I really admire her patience and calm approach. She always takes the time to explain everything, checks in constantly, and makes sure I’m comfortable. Thanks to her, I’m no longer petrified of going to the dentist! The results speak for themselves, and the whole experience has changed how I feel about dental visits. My brother now goes to the clinic as well, and he feels exactly the same way. If you’re looking for a dentist who is both exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely caring, Dr. Marcinkowska is the one, she is the best! Highly recommend!
