As a young person going to this sexual health clinic regularly, I would say the service is good. it's nice to have Thursday's dedicated to young people being able to walk in. Even so it's easy to book an appointment online. I will say one time I was told to give a urine test but didnt ask what it was for, I guess if you're randomly asked to do something make sure to ask. Im assuming it was for regular testing as I had been there a couple times at that point. Overall, staff are nice.
I went there today for the first time and I was very happy. Did a full set of tests and swabs, both the doctor and the nurse who examined me were very professional, patient, explained everything in a calm and clear manner. My concerns were listened to and I was promptly given medication. Also, as a woman I felt that my dignity was very much kept in mind. I was visited by a male doctor who immediately asked if I preferred a female carrying out the physical examination (I was okay with the male doctor and said so). Even without me asking he immediately brought a female chaperone to witness the physical examination. Every step was explained throughout and I was never made to feel unsafe or embarrassed. Everything was done strictly in the time needed, not a second longer, to keep my dignity intact. I am very happy overall and would recommend this clinic. Super discreet.
I recently visited Dr. Raza for a follow-up regarding my IUD, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Dr. Raza was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind throughout the appointment. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. I really appreciated her calm, respectful approach and thorough assessment. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a caring and skilled gynecologist.
In my experience it was easy to get an appointment. They are opened on Saturdays, which is very handy if you work full time. The staff is lovely, kind and patient. Both the doctor and the nurse made me feel safe. The clinic’s receptionist is great as well. If you go there on a Saturday and find the doors closed, just buzz the intercom!
