Pleasantly surprised from the get go. The dentists environment was really high standards and beautiful. All staff were lovely and professional. Despite all this the e waiting times are short also. Dr. Ria freindly & straight forward, which i appreciated and honestly needed. Explained everything in THOROUGH detail, of each tooths status, using camera shots, taught me to read my x-rays essentially and used whiteboard drawings to ensure i understood. She's very competent and good at her profession also.
Dr Lakhanpaul is an excellent and highly experienced dentist. I was very happy with how she looked after me, fitting my crown was a smooth, comfortable, and pain-free experience. Iris is an amazing dental hygienist. She explained everything she was doing and answered all my questions. It really felt like she cared about the health of my teeth and gums, and my teeth feel great!
Park Avenue Dental Care provides a welcoming, calm atmosphere and excellent patient care. I have been greatly impressed by the time, attention and support provided by both the administrative and medical staff. Dental practices are famously places that most people want to avoid, but Park Avenue really does offer something different! One feels that they really care about their patients. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for either NHS or private options!

I have always experienced a wonderfully professional, courteous and caring time at Park Avenue dental practice. Today I saw the hygienist Malini and both herself and assisting nurse were exceptional. Extensive time and detailed attention was given to my treatment and care. I felt guided as to how to maintain care and warned of factors that may hinder my treatment. Truly exceptional. I believe this kind of care is represented and repeated throughout the practice as my dentist. Dr Romi Gupta is just the same. Plus you’re always treated respectfully and warmly by the lovely staff at reception also.
