As someone who has been lucky enough not to need a lot of dental work in my life, I was a bit nervous at the prospect of injections, anaesthetic and composite fillings to repair several cracked molars. Dr.Jaima Soneji was very accommodating in answering all my questions and putting me at ease. I really appreciate the high professional standards, supported by a genuine caring bedside manner for patients. Shoutout to the friendly reception team also - Nazia especially is very helpful, warm and welcoming.
I really can't ask for a better experience. I've always been a bit antsy with going to the dentist but I had a really good experience here. Dr Jaima is both very personable and professional, I needed a filling replaced and honestly it was probably the most seemless filling I've had. Jaima checked in on me throughout and made sure everything was good when we finished. I also had an appointment with Mrs Bozena for a clean and stain removel and that equally went as smoothly. Very happy I found this dentist having had a sub-optimal experience at my last location. Also friendly staff and was easy to book in an appointment and get my next hygenist appointment booked in 6 months.
We have been using Oakwood Dental Practise now for many years. They have always proved to be polite, accommodating and ready to help. The Dentist and Hygienist's are knowledgeable, empathetic and skilled in their craft. Having moved far away we still return twice a year and worth the two hour trip!
I have visited Oakwood Dental practice for dental treatment and for the Hygienist over 8 years now. The reception staff are very friendly , helpful and chatty if they have time to speak. I find each dentist I have had to be professional and helpful in explaining my treatment plans and carrying out any necessary dental work. My Hygienist Iām sure has helped save many teeth with her expert and thorough cleaning. She always has useful tips and advice to help me keeping my teeth clean and looking their best. I was in need of an urgent dental treatment while visiting from the United States. The staff were immensely, accommodating and helpful, fitting me in to their already busy schedule and accommodating my treatment plan. Iām so grateful to how wonderful they all were.
