Fantastic experience with my Invisalign treatment and composite bonding here at Elephant & Castle. Highly recommend as Dr. Raj Patel and the team provide excellent care. They are knowledgeable, very skilled and detailed. I had time to process the information then make my decisions which I really appreciated. They plan for the future and now just present. Amazing 3D scan to show me the issues/concerns and then videos to explain my options to resolve them. Super happy with my teeth and actually my oral health!

I inquired about Invisalign's earlier this year at this clinic, as I was quite self conscious of my teeth. I had a very insightful conversation with Arman who gave me a thorough explanation regarding the process, treatment, what to expect results wise, and the cost. This then led me to begin my Invisalign journey, and from start to finish it has truly been seamless, immensely effective, and so beneficial. Dr Sharma did an exceptional job throughout, and helped in understanding the developments to expect, how it occurs, and overall making my experience extremely easy and efficient. The service was immaculate from the receptionists, Dr Sharma and his assistant dentist. Also as of recent, I’ve been getting hygiene checkups by Danica and I must say she has been amazing. She explained the anatomy of my teeth and gums in detail, and made me understand much more about dental hygiene and its cruciality. Overall I have no complaints whatsoever, and will 100% refer this clinic to friends and family, as they produce and prioritise high-quality work and service. Extra shout out to Arman as he’s been extremely helpful, and looked after me very well.
I asked the dentist for the items they used to inspect and clean my teeth to be new items unopened. I was told they would not, instead they will just wash off previously used items to save money. When I'm the paying customer when I ask for something like that especially going in my mouth I expect to be accommodated. Meanwhile the other dentist was way too aggressive and rude. I cannot recommend a place that doesn't respect me the customer over money. In reply to the dentist. I have made no mistake at all.just becuase you have bad record keeping doesnt mean I was never there. My bank account says something different. The review is very valid and will remain. Nice try.
I was a patient at Mint for several years and always found Dr. Patel and the team to be very knowledgable and pleasant. While the service is excellent, the costs are high. I felt there was a tendency to push extensive and cautious treatment plans that can feel a bit intimidating to make decisions on, and they ask you to sign the no obligation treatment plans even if you have no intention of getting the work done. By the time my treatment plan had reached several thousand pounds in length, I was told a single urgent filling would cost £1,000 as it required work on two teeth and a cap. I sought a second opinion elsewhere (without mentioning Mint’s diagnosis) and the new dentist performed a single filling for just £169. Six months later, the work is holding up perfectly. Mint is a good practice, but I’ve found much better value at another private dentist.
