This was my first visit to the Mediwell Clinic and I was so impressed with everything. Meran and Imran made me feel so welcome and the atmosphere in the foyer was lovely with beautiful music. The staff were so kind and attentive. Nurten the podiatrist was so expert in her analysis and gave me lots of good advice as well as a referral to my doctor for further analysis. Dr Diloir and Berfin were indeed the dream team when it came to my hygienist appointment. They were so helpful and kind and they explained things so well and gave me lots of good advice.
We had the opportunity to meet Prof. Dr. Berna Uslu Coşkun when I brought my daughter for an appointment, and we felt very comfortable and reassured from the very beginning. Her calm and caring approach immediately put us at ease during a stressful time. Her diagnosis was accurate, and it was clear that she is not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely cares about her patients. The way she communicates, listens, reassures, and supports patients is truly exceptional. I sincerely believe she is an outstanding doctor, and getting to know her has been a real privilege. We feel very lucky to have met her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent ENT specialist.
Booked a clean with airflow through Groupon. Reviews on groupon were good so was looking forward to it. On arrival the reception staff were friendly and the waiting area was nice. I am disappointed with the treatment itself. An x-ray was paid for but they said they wouldn’t do. The scaling and airflow was done but when I went to look in the mirror I could still see some coffee staining on a few teeth and mentioned it to them. I was told it’s not a stain and it was decay. I reiterated it was not decay and just staining that hadn’t been properly cleaned but the guy acted shocked and worried and said I need to see a dentist as it’s potentially the start of a cavity. I told him I had a dentist appointment a few weeks ago with an x ray and there were no such indications. I felt patronised. I have had deep cleans before, with other providers, and have never had any issues. Disappointing.
Visited today for a hygienist appointment with Dilar and Berfin. Extremely gentle. Explained everything. Always checking I was okay. Great service. Best hygienist I've ever been to! I was provided with paper towel for my top. I also wore a top I didn't mind getting a bit damp as I was aware water is involved in this appointment. I left with a completely dry top. Thank you!
⭐️ Horrible Experience — Do Not Trust This Place I went to this clinic around 4pm today after googling for the nearest healthcare centre. I’m very unwell due to an infection and was (and still am) in a lot of pain and discomfort. Google said this was a healthcare centre, so we came here thinking it was the right place to seek urgent help. I even explained that I’m not a UK resident and that I urgently needed to see someone or find the nearest hospital. My partner is local, but neither of us realized this was a private clinic until we got there. When I arrived, the receptionist was on the phone. Because of the infection, I went to the toilet quickly, then came back to the desk to ask for help. Since it’s a private and sensitive issue, I tried to quietly explain what I needed — but the receptionist, who already seemed to have an attitude, made me repeat it multiple times loudly, speaking to me in a harsh, demanding tone. I was clearly uncomfortable and tried to move closer to speak more privately, but she kept talking over me. I told her I was in a lot of pain, that I’m not a UK resident, and just needed to know if I could be seen here or where the nearest hospital was. Instead of showing any empathy, she cut me off and said their services cost £150 and that if I’m not paying, I need to leave. When I asked again, “Where is the nearest hospital?” she just said “no.” I asked, “What do you mean no?” and she repeated “no” again — in the most condescending tone. My partner then asked about another healthcare centre, and she snapped, yelling “NO, I DON’T KNOW WHERE.” At that point, we were completely shocked. My partner politely asked if we could just stay in the waiting area for a moment to check online and figure out where to go next (the place was empty anyway). But instead of understanding that we were unwell and just trying to get help, she started yelling over us again. I told her I didn’t understand why she was being rude, that I only came here because Google said it was a healthcare centre, and that I would obviously never pay for a service after being treated like this. I said good day and we left — while she stood up and kept yelling as we walked out. The receptionist was a middle-aged woman with long dark hair. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional, aggressive behaviour in a medical setting before. Horrible experience. Don’t trust this place and don’t go here. If this is how they treat people who are sick, in pain, and vulnerable, it’s honestly scary. No one who’s unwell should ever be treated this way.
