I had a really great experience with my dental cleaning. Dr. Dilar was very professional, gentle and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. The nurse Maysa was also very friendly and supportive. The hygienist was incredibly patient and thorough, and my teeth feel amazing after the cleaning. The clinic itself is very clean and modern, which made the whole visit even more comfortable. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend this clinic! ⭐️
This was my first visit to the Mediwell Clinic and I was so impressed with everything. Meran and Imran made me feel so welcome and the atmosphere in the foyer was lovely with beautiful music. The staff were so kind and attentive. Nurten the podiatrist was so expert in her analysis and gave me lots of good advice as well as a referral to my doctor for further analysis. Dr Diloir and Berfin were indeed the dream team when it came to my hygienist appointment. They were so helpful and kind and they explained things so well and gave me lots of good advice.
We had the opportunity to meet Prof. Dr. Berna Uslu Coşkun when I brought my daughter for an appointment, and we felt very comfortable and reassured from the very beginning. Her calm and caring approach immediately put us at ease during a stressful time. Her diagnosis was accurate, and it was clear that she is not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely cares about her patients. The way she communicates, listens, reassures, and supports patients is truly exceptional. I sincerely believe she is an outstanding doctor, and getting to know her has been a real privilege. Visited today for a hygienist appointment with Dilar and Berfin. Extremely gentle. Explained everything. Always checking I was okay. Great service. Best hygienist I've ever been to! I was provided with paper towel for my top. I also wore a top I didn't mind getting a bit damp as I was aware water is involved in this appointment. I left with a completely dry top. Thank you!
