I had RF mole removal carried out by Dr Halil Hussein. Dr Hussein did a great job and explained everything clearly. Very pleased with the results, healed amazingly and now can barely tell the moles were there. Good value and high quality service all things considered. Appreciated how friendly everyone was and how everyone went beyond what you would expect to ensure great experience, which I think is just as important as the actual procedure and can be hard to find. Would recommend!
I had an aesthetics treatment with Dr Jones today and cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, personable and incredibly informative. She took the time to explain every aspect of the procedure, including the techniques used and what to expect, which made me feel completely at ease. Dr Jones is also remarkably gentle when injecting. It was such a lovely experience from start to finish and I am thrilled with my treatment!
I had an excellent experience with Dr Masani. He made me feel ever so comfortable throughout the appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such kindness and grace with professionalism. I’m really grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Betul was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to be with me during the appointment. She went above and beyond for me, and calmed all of my anxiety down in a matter of minutes. I want to thank Yaren also for fielding all of my calls! I rang a silly amount of times and she'd been nothing but helpful. A truly exceptional service from everyone I have encountered at the practice. I am not a fan of clinics but I wouldn't hesitate to come here again. Thank you all again for your unwavering hospitality! Xx
The treatment was quick and easy, and Dr Hussein had the calm focus you'd want from a surgeon. They also provide a great follow-up service, anti-scar cream, etc. so all points are covered. Beyond that, you even get the pleasure of two lovely giggly receptionist sisters who are very professional without the stilted demeanour you might unfortunately expect in healthcare settings. 11/10.
I had a really good experience at Mayfair Practice. Dr Masani is a gentle, pleasantly paced person who talked me through the procedure step by step. His assistant (I’m sorry I didn’t catch the name!) is also a reassuring presence in the room. They both display great kindness and respect. Lovely time!
