I have been going to this dentist (Dr Hamid Ghods) for 25 years and the service he and his team deliver is great. All the staff have been the same all that time too which tells you something. I was impressed that they chose not to go private but to serve the community instead. Also tells you something about their ethics. Nora is a great hygienist too. I am now almost 78 and have had all my dental care at this surgery since the 80s. The staff are always very caring, and, professional. Their work excellent. When Iâve needed an emergency appointment they have always managed to squeeze me in . The building may be shabby but the care excellent . I would defiantly recommend this surgery.
Ive been using this dental PRA rice for over a year now and though the dentists themselves are friendly, the phone attendant Mahrukh is extremely rude, shouts on the phone, interrupts you but still acts on your behalf without consent like changing assigned dentists just because of 1 small issue and she didn't listen to the full situation. I called yesterday 16/1/2026 and was treated so badly I am writing this review as a marker for the practice and will also report to the NHS. I'm quite sure because I'm not Asian or white she feels she can treat me like a druggie and a nuisance. When I asked where the other white lady was that does appointment booking Mahrukh confirmed she only works Fridays. My opinion, she shouldn't speak to people like that in the first place. The time of call was between 11 and 1pm.i want this addressed or will escalate further.
I had an appointment with the hygienist, I was very nervous about my appointment but she made me feel at ease and was lovely, she gave me good advice about keeping ontop of cleaning. I am very happy with my result and will definitely be coming back when needing another hygienist appointment . Thank you so much!
