Overall, this is a Professional Dental establishment that has a really comfortable atmosphere with great customer service. I recommend them. I was really happy with my appointment as I am grateful for the treatment I received from Dr. Parth Zaveri, it was an Emergency appointment and I felt listened to as my dental needs were met, I am grateful to him for his informative explanations. I have also received treatments from Dr. Michael Frankl in the past for my Tooth Implant & Crown and I was really pleased with my procedure, with the results, and with the aftercare provided. I am grateful to have received such professional advice and care from him.
Once again I had an outstanding experience at Lotus clinic and Dr. Ivana. Truly can’t recommend them highly enough. Amazing. Emanuel the implant surgeon is the best you will ever find I mean this from the heart I was recommended to visit Emanuel and so very happy I went to meet him. He puts you at ease and does not do a big sales pitch. Genuinely a very nice man. I can smile with confidence and eat without worries.
I had my Morpheus8 treatment today with Mandy and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mandy was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She explained the whole process clearly and checked in throughout the treatment to make sure I was okay. Her attention to detail and care really stood out. The treatment was much easier than I expected and I already feel confident I’m in great hands. I cannot recommend Lotus Clinic highly enough they are truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly comfortable. The entire front desk team is helpful, but Maria in particular made an outstanding first impression. She immediately put me at ease and was extremely helpful in scheduling my initial visit with Dr. Frankl, who is now my primary dentist. The service is absolutely amazing, very quick, and easy. I was impressed by how fast things moved; within just a week, I had appointments with the hygienist and was set up with a new night retainer. Dr. Frankl and the whole team provide service that is seamless, professional, and comforting. Thank you, Lotus Clinic, for the amazing experience!
