I had my Morpheus8 treatment today with Mandy and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mandy was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She explained the whole process clearly and checked in throughout the treatment to make sure I was okay. Her attention to detail and care really stood out. The treatment was much easier than I expected and I already feel confident I’m in great hands. Larsa Shino is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She is thorough, professional and attentive, taking the time to explain the treatment and ensure I am comfortable. Her care and attention to detail are exceptional. Dr Michael Frankl’s work is superb. His clinical expertise, precision and professionalism are evident in every aspect of the treatment. The practice consistently maintains very high standards of care, providing a genuinely patient-focused service and using modern, up-to-date equipment and techniques. Over the years I have undergone both surgical and aesthetic dental treatments at the practice, and the quality of the work has always been outstanding. I always feel confident that I am receiving the very best dental care and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding dentistry.
My The dentist was friendly and took the time to explain everything before starting the procedure. That made a big difference, as I knew what to expect and felt more in control. During the treatment, they were gentle and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable.
Had an emergency problem with my front tooth on a Friday afternoon(!), but Dr Priyanka Dhanak was kind enough to see me at a very short notice. Got the tooth fixed - at least to last for the weekend , which it did. On Monday had a temporary replacement fit. Perfect. Can go on holiday now without any fears. Cannot recommend enough Lotus Clinic!
