My experience of London Women’s Clinic has been really wonderful. I chose to do KindIVF as was most affordable, I loved their Kind to the body ethos and I met the criteria. I would highly recommend it. From my initial consultation with Dr Manukian (very lovely) I felt well informed and like I could ask every question under the sun! She was reassuring and really easy to talk to. From that point on I was well looked after by Dr Sylvia Serra who was so informative and kind in her approach. I felt the clinic always fit me in speedily and Vita, my care coordinator was always so responsive and I just got the sense the team were working so hard to meet my needs, answer my queries and put me at ease during the whole process. On my day of egg retrieval I was so nervous, particularly about being sedated but everyone was so reassuring and it was smooth as anything. The facilities are all really great and it’s such a clean environment. I had the loveliest appointment with Mimi who taught me how to do my meds and she was so approachable. On my day off embryo transfer , Dr Lieve Verstaete couldn’t have been more kind and lovely !! She really put me at ease and was so warm in the way she chats to you and makes you feel calm. 13 days later I went for a blood test and I am overjoyed to be pregnant with my first baby. I would absolutely recommend London Women’s clinic to those who are considering starting a family or need fertility support. Thank you.

Very disappointed with my experience.
After going through two full cycles at this clinic, I feel increasingly let down rather than supported. What I expected was professional guidance, care, and a genuine willingness to help patients navigate such an important and emotional journey. Unfortunately, that was not what I experienced.
Instead, I often felt that the process was treated as routine rather than personalised. I did not feel there was enough responsibility taken or proactive effort to truly understand or improve my situation. Over time, this has not only been disappointing, but has also affected my confidence and trust — not just in this clinic, but more broadly in fertility services and even parts of the UK healthcare system.
For something as sensitive and significant as fertility treatment, patients need more than just procedures — they need care, attention, and a sense that the doctor is truly working with them to find solutions.
Sadly, I did not feel that here, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

I can’t thank LWC enough for the care and support I was given during my fertility treatments. My consultant and the nurses I saw regularly were so lovely, and I felt like they really cared about me getting a successful outcome. I had such pleasant experiences at my appointments despite the stresses and challenges of IUI/IVF and failed cycles. And I’m so happy to now say that I have a beautiful baby girl thanks to everyone at the clinic. She wouldn’t exist without you, so thank you.

I had my first ever egg retrieval today at the London Women’s Clinic and I was incredibly nervous going into it. I’m very scared of needles, so this was a huge step for me — not just physically, but emotionally as well.
From the moment I arrived, every single member of staff was absolutely amazing. The nurses, consultant, sedationist and the whole team were so kind, compassionate and reassuring. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, calm and supported throughout the entire experience.
What stood out the most was how much they genuinely care about their patients. They understand how emotional and overwhelming fertility treatment can be, and they treat you with so much empathy, patience and kindness.
By the time I went in for the procedure, I felt completely reassured and knew I had chosen the right place for my treatment. I’m so grateful to the whole team for making what felt like a very scary day such a positive experience.
I couldn’t recommend London Women’s Clinic more highly. If you’re trying to decide where to go for fertility treatment, you will be in the best hands here ❤️

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star)
I chose London Women's Clinic for egg freezing because of their reputation, but my experience left me deeply disappointed.
During my first egg freezing cycle, I had a strong ovarian reserve, yet only 3 mature eggs were ultimately retrieved. The clinic later acknowledged that I had ovulated before the egg collection procedure. As preventing premature ovulation is a fundamental part of egg freezing treatment, this raised serious concerns for me about whether the monitoring and management of my cycle had been appropriate.
What has troubled me most is not only the outcome itself, but the lack of accountability and meaningful investigation afterwards. I repeatedly asked questions about the monitoring of my cycle, the treatment protocol used, the timing of retrieval, and what may have contributed to the outcome I experienced.
Rather than feeling that my concerns were genuinely investigated, I felt that the complaints process was focused on defending the clinic's position. Despite raising detailed and reasonable questions, I never felt I received clear answers or a satisfactory explanation for what had happened.
I subsequently underwent a second egg freezing cycle at another clinic. The difference in care was striking. My hormone levels were closely monitored throughout the cycle, my treatment was adjusted according to my response, and the cycle was managed with much greater oversight. The outcome was dramatically different, resulting in over 5 times more mature eggs being frozen than during my cycle at London Women's Clinic.
I fully appreciate that fertility treatment cannot guarantee results and that outcomes can vary from cycle to cycle. However, the stark difference between the two cycles only increased my concerns about whether my first cycle had been managed appropriately.
Egg freezing is one of the biggest financial and emotional investments many women will ever make. When things go wrong, patients deserve transparency, accountability and a genuine willingness to investigate concerns. Sadly, that was not my experience.
I was left feeling unheard, unsupported and without confidence that my concerns had ever been properly addressed.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment to read the full range of reviews before making a decision. After my own experience, I found a number of reviews from other patients describing concerns that resonated with mine. While every case is different, I wish I had paid closer attention to those experiences before proceeding with treatment.
