After many years with a dentist who used outdated methods, I finally decided to find a new practice for both myself and my daughter. The London Dental Studio was recommended by a friend, and since seeing Adwok, every visit has been a much calmer and more relaxing experience. Adwok is fantastic at explaining everything as he goes along and has a naturally calming bedside manner. I always feel comfortable and reassured during my treatments and check-ups, which is a huge change from the anxiety I had developed with my previous dentist. From start to finish, the whole process is completely stress-free. The receptionists, Katie and Sophia, are lovely and always welcome us with a smile and make a special effort to help my little girl feel comfortable and included. They genuinely care about their patients and always ask how the appointment went before we leave. To me, how you are greeted sets the tone for the entire visit, and they consistently make us feel calm and well looked after from the moment we arrive. ⭐ Patient Review – Dental Implant Surgery I recently underwent dental implant surgery and wanted to share my experience for anyone considering it. The procedure itself was smoother than I expected. My dental surgeon, Dr. Sheikh was excellent and explained each step clearly beforehand, which really helped reduce my anxiety. On the day of surgery, everything was handled professionally and the local anaesthetic worked well. I did not feel pain during the procedure, just some pressure. I also want to mention dental nurse Monica, who was equally great. She was reassuring, attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The first two to three days after surgery were the most uncomfortable. I experienced some mild swelling, which I was told is normal. The pain was manageable with over the counter medication, and I followed the aftercare instructions carefully, including eating soft foods avoiding the area, and keeping it clean. A few days later, the swelling had gone down significantly, and I was able to return to normal daily activities. Healing has been gradual but everything feels stable so far, with no signs of infection or complications. The biggest adjustment has been being patient while the implant fully heals before the final crown is placed, but I understand that is part of the process. Overall, I have had a very positive experience. The care, professionalism and support from Mr. Sheikh and Monica made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this practice to others considering dental implants.
Great experience from start to finish, lovely helpful supportive staff and amazing services. They really look after you and consider all possible options. Dr Sheikh went out of his way to make time for me. He explained everything and tried his best to find possible solutions for my situation. I have to say ... it has been well over 15 years since my implants were fitted and my confidence and my quality of life were restored ... implants are going strong and I don't know how to thank enough to Dr. Sheikh and his team and Carol and Shazia and others that helped me over the course of two years, yes two years of treatment.
