I have been doing my dental treatment with Dr Kawther Kadhim at Lewisham Dental Practice for almost a year, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I have received. Having lived with a fear of dentists for many many years, based on previous experiences, I was extremely anxious before my appointment. From the moment I arrived, Anira treated me with genuine compassion, patience, and understanding, helping me to feel safe and reassured throughout. Her calm and professional manner completely put me at ease. For the first time in years, I felt comfortable in a dental chair.... I have been with this dental practice for many years. I have been very disappointed with the service offered. Appointments were made for routine dental check ups for my children and myself in April. The earliest appointment offer was 2 months later. After the receptionist phoned confirming the appointments a day before, but it was cancelled on the day. More appointments offered 3 weeks later. Same thing happened, receptionist phone to confirm the appointments, assuring me it would not be cancelled and on the day of the appointments they are cancelled again. Next earliest appointments offered 2 weeks away. Receptionist call confirming appointments and assuring me it would not be cancelled and surprise, surprise all appointments cancelled today! I am appalled by the standard of service. The complete disregard that people have to take time off work or to organise multiple diaries to accommodate the appointments. Little can be said about the practice in trying to accommodate patients. I am fed up with this practice.
Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and excellent service from Dr Shivani Anandarajah. I had a filling done and didn’t feel a thing during the injection. She was compassionate, caring, and provided great advice throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
Appointment made over the phone. Reminders received and acknowledgement sent. Attended the session. Welcomed friendly, checked well. Mentioned what is happening and how is my current nature is supporting and finally end of checkup I was asked to sign leave. Felt very comfortable and all went smooth. Annual checkup with cleaning and a filling done within 12 to 15 minute. All went well. No complaint to make. A pleasant treatment. Thanks for seeing me with great attitude.
