Excellent service and satisfactory results for laser removal from December 2023 - November 2024 not aware of the staff's names but they were aproachable and did a thorough job to achieve a lot of reduction in hair growth. Unfortunately wasn't the same with various different practioners after which unfortunately resulted in complete re growth and a feeling the required effort was not put it by these practioners. Communication issue with one particular practioner who didn't seem interested in being helpful and came across like she was having a bad day and taking it out on a client. She seemed quite paranoid about treating a male with very thick coarse hair unlike previous staff. Feel she was making excuses not to do treatment due to not trusting her self to treat this type of hair i.. So resulted in her coming across quite moody. Didn't come across polite either when she was at desk and told her i am here for appointment. She could speak good English but her tone was condescending. Unfortunately a different practioner caused small area of pigmentation due to aggressive use of laser on high settings as unfortunately through out last year she did a lot of the sessions. Contrast in difference to the clinic i now go to. Also expect some of the staff to be some what non friendly as i don't think they can engage with male clients like with female clients. Was worth the pain for 20 min sessions for first year but seemed like time was being wasted afterwards with no desire for some staff to want to maintain good results.
I’ve had such a positive experience with Naima and would absolutely recommend her. She has a really gentle and reassuring approach, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She takes her time, explains everything in a clear and calming way, and always makes sure you’re okay throughout the treatment. Every appointment feels relaxed and well-managed, and I leave feeling genuinely cared for. Naima is not only skilled at what she does but also so warm and approachable, which makes the whole experience even better. I’m really happy I found her!
Can't believe I am posting my second review! My experience with Mozhde has been exceptional! She is knowledgeable in her field and makes sure to track my progress, explains the scientific aspects where needed and consistently, checks up on me during the sessions. She is extremely professional, friendly and kind! Also, as somebody who has been insecure about hair, my sessions really helped me to uplift my self-confidence and don't get me started on the time I am saving! I wish I could give more than five stars but 5 is the limit!
I had the best experience with Mrs Mojdeh at the laser clinic! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and helpfull. made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and tailored the treatment perfectly to my skin. The results have been amazing, and I’m so happy with my treatment . I had my second microneedling session with Anuja and I absolutely loved the experience. She is amazing and very professional, gentle, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. I have also been here before for laser hair removal and the service has always been consistently excellent. You can really tell they care about their clients and the results. Highly recommend Anuja and the laser clinic if you are considering microneedling or any other treatments!
