I had an excellent experience with Monika at my hygienist appointment. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The airflow cleaning was incredibly effective yet gentle. Monika explained the process clearly beforehand, which really helped me feel comfortable, and throughout the treatment she checked in regularly to make sure I was okay. The airflow machine left my teeth feeling exceptionally clean and smooth—far better than a standard clean I’ve had in the past. What stood out most was Monika’s attention to detail and genuine care. She took her time to ensure every area was thoroughly cleaned, while also giving helpful advice on maintaining good oral hygiene at home. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Monika to anyone looking for a skilled and friendly hygienist. My teeth have never felt better!
It’s the day after what was going to be an intensive surgery. After review the honest surgeon Daniel found a less intrusive & less expensive way to do things. His honesty, professionalism and kindness was second to none. Many years of coming here is a testimony of the incredible practice Dr. Stephan Van Vuuren has created. Neuza was the first to see me! A very kind woman, professional & so comforting! Ewa, who I always love to see was her amazing self. Attended IGDP seeking a second opinion after another dentist seemingly misdiagnosed me. I arrived with extreme pain and was met with the loveliest of people. From the receptionist to nurses and dentist, everyone was so kind and caring. Within a period of about five minutes, Rory had assessed the problem and we had a plan in place. He dealt with the pain and I went back two weeks later for a root canal procedure. The entire staff made a pretty horrendous procedure easy. Rory is a genius and I cannot recommend him enough. He’s really knowledgeable and it’s clear he’s constantly learning meaning his practice is evolving and on a continuous uphill trajectory! I can’t say it enough — not just the dentist — the dental nurse and receptionist were also amazing making you feel seen and heard and safe! Massive thanks to all.
I write this review after literally just having my tooth extraction. Dr Daniel is actually awesome. He explained everything carefully, was very understanding and supportive. Continuously checked on me to see if I’m ok or in any kind of pain. He finished the entire procedure very quickly as well. I would highly recommend.
From start to end I was shown great care and well looked after by the IGDP team. Stephan was brilliant doing my fast braces and has given me a great smile I am proud of. Also Chris and Ania fixed my front tooth with composite bonding repairing an old filling and that was also done absolutely brilliantly I am thrilled with how it looks. I will be beaming from now on!
