Amazing service! The reception staff were friendly and polite. Dr Sadat was exceptional, she explained everything that she was going to do and made me feel really comfortable. Appointments were also easy to book and the waiting list was short.
This practice is amazing. Twice over the years I have needed emergency dental work and both times they have fitted me in same day. So kind to a nervous patient like me and the reception staff are always helpful and friendly.

This year I finally returned to the dentist. Firstly the receptionists were really nice, attentive and made me feel comforted. I was then treated by Dr Farida Sadat. She is truly a lovely dentist. From our first meeting she was welcoming, which put me at ease, she spoke to me with dignity and talked me through what she was about to do/ doing. I had to have a number of things done and with each visit had, she treated me the same. She is a blessing to experience. Thank you.
From the outset of using this practice, Dr Helena Usher has been so helpful, and attentive in trying to establish what the issue is and doing to utmost to stop the pain, which she did several times and also saw me at short notice when I had another emergency. All the Dentists I have seen in the practice are friendly, professional and explain what the issue is. I highly recommend this professional and very clean dentist practice to all. Also I forgot to mention, the lovely and professional receptionists, if you call they help and when you’re in reception they are very polite and bubbly.
