Incompetent, unsafe and untrustworthy.
We arranged for a carer to come to our house one hour per day to help our elderly disabled uncle, particularly with food and tidying. I wrote out a very detailed care plan and went over everything with the area manager during a home visit and at this point everything seemed really great and we felt good about using the service.
Upon our return we came to find that almost none of our instructions were followed, including never making him lunch so that a 76 year old diabetic disabled man didn't have any meals available to him between 10am and 7pm every day. They did none of the tidying, took money from our uncle to buy things despite being specifically told not to and on one occasion arrived over 2 hours late without calling or informing any of us.
After following this up and refusing the pay the bill until this is addressed, I received a bill that charged us for four days we did not use their "service" ! I exchanged phone calls and emails with an area manager, sent every document I was asked to, spoke to various people who said there was an ongoing investigation. Then I got ANOTHER bill from their collections department!
Turns out the manager who was dealing with this left the company and no one else picked it up and instead they just sent me a letter saying I had to pay the full amount. All this is still unresolved. It's been over 7 weeks.

Attended the branch opening and had a great time. The branch manager Courtney did an amazing job assisted by Farina her Care coordinator. Fantastic job guys
