The lady who treated me made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and gave me so much confidence throughout a long procedure. I felt genuinely looked after — nothing rushed, no pressure, just real care and attention. The whole team were welcoming and professional, and the standard of treatment was excellent. This is exactly why I choose to go private rather than NHS now. The difference in care, comfort, and professionalism is night and day.
