I recently had a filling done by Dr R Juhti, with Sara assisting, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. As always, Dr Juhti was incredibly professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything, making me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. The filling was carried out with such precision and care that the whole experience was far better than I expected. Sara was also wonderful, friendly, and reassuring, making sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Together, they make an outstanding team. I wanted to do a review for Sara after my telephone communication with her this morning. She always goes above and beyond and available at reception when I visit. I always have really positive experience with her. She was incredibly kind, welcoming and professional at every interaction. She always makes me feel at ease and created a friendly atmosphere within the practice. What stood out most was her attention to detail and willingness to help. She was organised, patient and ensured everything was handled efficiently. Her excellent communication and caring approach are a real credit to the team. Had a severe toothache due to gum problems, called E14 dental care and was taken care straight away. The dentists Jhuti and Sara saw me in their lunch break, checked and treated me thoroughly prescribing antibiotics for the infection and advice for a follow up. The antibiotics worked wonders, eliminating the pain that evening. Super good and kind service from the ladies including Rosy the practice manager. Well done and keep it up. Many thanks

From start to finish, she was extremely attentive and explained everything she was doing step by step. She also took the time to educate me on how to properly care for my gums and teeth. She was absolutely amazing. I’ve been a patient at this dental practice for many years, and I’ve never experienced such a high level of professionalism and care.
Excellent service. Very professional, polite and understanding. I've always had a phobia of dentist, feeling anxious when going in. However, all staff here, receptionists and dentists are all very friendly and make me feel comfortable and relaxed. They take their time to explain everything before and after. They have a very caring approach. Definitely recommend the place.
