Narmada provided me with exceptional service and care. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience truly compelled me to do so. From start to finish, she was extremely attentive and explained everything she was doing step by step. She also took the time to educate me on how to properly care for my gums and teeth. She was absolutely amazing. I’ve been a patient at this dental practice for many years, and I’ve never experienced such a high level of professionalism and care.
Excellent service. Very professional, polite and understanding. I've always had a phobia of dentist, feeling anxious when going in. However, all staff here, receptionists and dentists are all very friendly and make me feel comfortable and relaxed. They take their time to explain everything before and after. They have a very caring approach. Definitely recommend the place.
I always receive very good service at this surgery. The staff are friendly, helpful, and make me feel genuinely welcome every time I visit. It’s a great team overall, and I want to give a special mention to Sara — she is an excellent receptionist who consistently provides outstanding customer service. Her professionalism and kindness really make a difference. Highly recommend this surgery!

Can only do 1 review per account. I just wanted to confirm for those who saw my pervious review and the reply for dentist. This is 100% the correct dentist. as I stated, the dentist and receptionist from e12 both now work at this dentist. I have spoken with the receptionist here at e14 who confirmed it. The dentist at e12 who took over from them also confirmed they moved over to this dentist e14.
