Dr Javier Perez was incredible. I had an implant which takes three separate sessions. All of which I felt reassured and comfortable. He explained what he was doing. Even the anaesthetic had very little pain at all. His technique is excellent, clearly very well qualified. And a lovely guy too. Would heavily recommend.
The staff here were all very nice and the dentist herself relaxed and very efficient. She really listened to me and made sure she checked the problem and any other potential issues. She not only put me at my ease but also reassured me that she had investigated my concerns fully. She took an x-ray and offered to email it so I can show my own dentist in Ireland - I was on holiday in London. Very impressed
I booked an appointment for a check-up around mid-April and was seen by Dr Gao. As someone who gets quite nervous and scared about visiting the dentist, I was worried at first, but he immediately made me feel comfortable. He explained my treatment clearly and reassured me throughout the consultation. Unfortunately, the actual treatment was booked for the beginning of June, which felt quite far away. Luckily, when I spoke to Shazia at the reception desk, she kindly told me that if there were any cancellations, she would contact me — and she did, which I really appreciated. Today, I had my treatment done, and Dr Gao was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole procedure. He constantly made sure I was okay and even cracked a few jokes to help me relax, which made such a difference. A big thank you to Dr Gao, Shazia, and the entire team at Dulwich Dental Office. The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and professional, and every single member of staff — from reception to the dental professionals — is lovely and caring.
