Miserable service. No contact. My girfriend has been waiting for her second day test for about two days now and she ordered it 12 days ago. She also paid 10£ for the delivery. And they are gov listed. Avoid at all cost.
We booked the kit of tests to travel and we received the test for day 2 on day 7... the second test we are still waiting and is already day 10! Almost 200£ paid for nothing... It is impossible to contact with them by phone... what a shame that they are suggested on the gov website... scam Avoid at all costs!
Shocking service! The company's customer service was unable to provide a valid excuse for countless delays. Furthermore, the agents haven't replied within 3 WORKING DAYS. I don't recommend booking a test with them.
DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! The company was hesitant in providing a reason for its numerous delays in test delivery. Never book a covid test with them!
