I had a terrible experience with this dental practice and I would strongly advise everyone to avoid it. They are very unprofessional. I had a tomography done, because I was referred for periodontal diagnostic scan. I was told to make another appointment to receive the diagnosis and treatment recommendation. I made an appointment but after I turned up for it, I was told that my appointment wasn't made (I booked it on the phone). They said they would send it to me. It all took very long time, many phone calls and I only managed to obtain it in Polish. They were to send me English translation but it has been over 3 months now and no sign of it. I have just given up on waiting for it, have no energy to waist on calling them and being treated this way. The whole experience was very draining and distressing. When I kept calling, each time explaining to another receptionist what the issue was, they often acted as if I was a nuisance and if they had nothing to do with it. Btw, a few days after the first visit I woke up with a cold sore on my lip and I have never had it before in my life. Cleanliness is another issue there.
The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I've bee going with them for a complicated process and then for keeping up and cleaning. Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldn't be happier with the results. Is always amazing service very quality of customer service and fantastic results. One of the only place in London that is a seriously highly recommended and takes very good care of you.
I called and requested 2 appointments for cleaning. Myself and my wife. I specifically asked to see the latina dentist who I did my invisalign treatment with. I was £60 each, when I arrived I was then told the dentist was not working there anymore and the price was now £120 each, the treatment wasn't even worth £60 from previous experience from other dentists. I paid £240 when I was quoted £120. Just to receive less than what other great dentists provide for £60.
I had an bicycle accident and damaged my front teeth badly, 3 broken .. I was in lots of pain and when I called this clinic they offered to see me on Sunday when they closed, even though I was not their client before. I am really glad I found the clinic! They took care of me and brought relief! Professional, very comforting, well equipped clinic!
Not happy with invisiline braces result. The staff is not organise, never phone you back, you have to keep control of everything.Doctor who was dealing with the braces simply disappeared.The other staff don’t know nothing about invisiline method so they decided to stopped it and do nothing more :( Not informed me…OF COURSE .I still have attached something on my teeth and non of the staff contact me to do somthing about it…I contact them in November 2021 and January to be told that doctor will send me an email which of course HE didn’t . The place has poor hygienic standard PLEASE be aware of this…..!!!
