My treatment at Dawood and Tanner has been the best dental experience I have ever had. Yes it comes at a price but if I had found this practice in the first place I would saved myself a lot of costly and traumatic dentistry that has only had to be redone. Dr Dawood has changed my life with his implant surgery. My new teeth now contains my tongue during the night which has cured my sleep apnea. I can now chew probably for the first time in decades which is so much better for me nutritionally but also socially. The surgery itself was so much less stressful that I thought it would be, I did have the sedation option which was wonderful but afterwards in the recovery room everyone was so kind. The aftercare was attentive too and there was always someone available if I needed to speak to anyone. My ongoing dental care with Professor Shannon has brought me a lot of confidence going forward. All the staff are so kind and friendly. Best decision I ever made to leave my former dental practice and get treatment here instead.

From the moment I reached out, the level of care and professionalism was exceptional. I was seen the very next day, which was such a relief given the urgency of the situation. The entire team was outstanding. Willoughby at the front desk handled everything swiftly and with genuine empathy, making a stressful situation feel much more manageable. During the procedure, Dr. Dawood’s surgical nurse, Hannah, was incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring. Hannah made a difficult experience far more comfortable than I expected. What really stood out was the follow up care. Hannah checked in with me the next day to make sure my recovery was going smoothly, which speaks volumes about their commitment to patients. Dr. Dawood himself combines expertise, precision, and a calm, confident manner that immediately puts you at ease. Thanks to him and his team, I now feel completely comfortable continuing my dental treatments here in London rather than traveling back to the U.S. I can’t recommend Dr. Dawood and his team highly enough. I had an extraction and implant done by Andrew Tanner. Every aspect of my experience was exemplary. Staff were kind, considerate and professional. Both procedures were properly explained and perfectly executed by Andrew. My dentist, Mark Kent, was updated at every stage, and I received a call from him on the day following the implant, to check on my welfare and to arrange for a follow up. It is difficult to imagine how the service and experience at Dawood and Tanner could be improved. My thanks to everyone involved.
I arrived with a fractured implant screw that had decided to stay put, which is the dental equivalent of a particularly stubborn house guest who won't take the hint. My regular dentist, Paul, had sent me to Andrew with what I imagine was a mixture of professional courtesy and relief at not having to deal with it himself. The welcome was lovely. Not in the forced way that customer service training produces, but in the genuine way that happens when people actually quite like their jobs. I was anxious.. fractured screws in your jaw aren't exactly routine Wednesday fare! and they knew it without me having to perform it for them. Andrew explained what he was going to do with the kind of clarity that comes from having done something difficult many times before. No theatre, no jargon designed to impress. Just knowledge applied thoughtfully. Twenty minutes later, the stubborn screw was out, I was intact, and the anxiety had been replaced by the considerably more manageable sensation of relief and mild anaesthetic numbness. Dawood and Tanner clearly know what they're doing, and more importantly, they know how to make you feel like you're in capable hands while they do it. Which, when someone's working inside your mouth with instruments that make small clinking sounds, is worth quite a lot. Highly recommended. Especially if you have a one-in-ten-thousand complication that needs sorting without drama.
