Had to have a drug and alcohol test for a new job and the company it was for use Crystal Health Group. My first point of contact was Emma and she was extremely helpful and professional. After discussing what was needed she clearly explained the next steps (text, respond, payment,booking confirmed). As I needed this to be done the next day I was slightly worried after 40 minutes the text hadn't come so rang again and was told it's a manual process so will be done in a little while and sure enough it was! Test centre confirmed, tests completed and results received in two working days which was great! If I was to be critical of anything it would be that I didn't expect my testing location to be a high street chemist and as such needed to go to the toilet in the basement storeroom to do my urine test but other than that the gentleman at the test centre was also extremely professional and there was no cause for concern as everything was clean and sterile ready for my test. Would definitely use again if needed. Cost was £186 for alcohol breath test and a set of drug tests (about 8 different types) which considering its for a job and you get a professional report I felt wasn't too bad a cost.
The absolute audacity of the team to not send out my tests because I ordered 2 to 2 different addresses even though I paid the required amount. Playing god with a child’s life. Even when I insured that it was sent out recorded delivery now they said we can’t send it to 4:30pm tomorrow. Staff attitude is disguting.
Dealing with Crystal Health was an amazingly good experience. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. And the results came through super quickly - all good! Thank you for this Crystal Health.
