It was my first appointment at Crescent Lodge Dental Practice and I can't recommend this practice highly enough. The location is very easy to reach via public transport or by car. As soon as I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere helped me feel at ease and the professionalism of everyone involved in my appointment was evident from the start. The reception staff were polite, supportive, and genuinely cared about making patients comfortable. I have a very complex dental history and have always felt nervous about explaining it to someone new and trusting them with my care. However, Dr Andreas Jahnigen and their dental nurse Marie made me feel genuinely cared for. They listened to me patiently and with empathy, which reassured me from the outset. Dr Andreas Jahnigen was incredibly thorough in his examination, taking a comprehensive approach to my dental concerns. He clearly explained my opinions on my dental issues which made me feel empowered to make decisions about the next stage of my treatment. He quickly identified the main causes of an ongoing inflammation and began addressing them during the visit, while also recommending further steps. My gum felt less inflamed just a few hours after the appointment. Dr Jahnigen was generous with his time and shared his extensive knowledge and professional views on my case. Marie, the dental nurse, was equally professional, very well prepared, calm and efficient throughout the visit. I also received a detailed written plan and recommendations, summarising everything discussed, which was extremely helpful as it's not always easy to remember all the information during a visit. If you are nervous like me, you will be in safe hands here. I highly recommend Dr Andreas Jahnigen and dental nurse Marie to anyone seeking compassionate and thorough dental care.
I had heard great recommendations about this practice and decided to book an appointment after suffering from long-term jaw pain despite trying various treatments. I am extremely pleased with the care I received. The location was great and easy to find. The practice was very clean, well organised, and the reception staff were welcoming. Everyone was professional and attentive, and my questions were fully answered with clear and detailed explanations about my chronic jaw pain. Special thanks to Practice Manager Maricel, Nurse Marie, Dr Andreas, and Dr Hussain Rashid for their outstanding care. I feel confident that I am in good hands and would highly recommend this practice.
My 6-year-old son had to have two baby teeth extracted, and as a very anxious mum, I was extremely nervous before the appointment. But the entire team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Dr Nasir was exceptionally gentle, patient, and reassuring. Olga, the nurse, was wonderful at keeping my son distracted and relaxed throughout. And Maricel, the practice manager plus one Chinese manager, were truly outstanding, so kind, professional, and supportive. They really helped put both of us at ease. To my amazement, my son stayed completely calm for the whole procedure: no crying, no fear, no stress. Thanks to the team’s warmth and skill, the experience was not traumatic at all. He even finished with a big smile on his face, proudly holding his two little teeth! I am genuinely grateful for the care we received. This practice turned something I dreaded into a positive and memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone with young children or dental anxiety.
This has been my dental practice of choice since moving to London a few years ago. The staff are lovely and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Dr Mehdi in particular is a fantastic and incredibly diligent dentist. Would 100% recommend him!
I received both external and internal bleaching treatment for my discoloured front tooth from Dr. Lakshmi Ranjan. She was extremely friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain each step of the process clearly and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. I’m very pleased with the experience and the results, and I now feel much more confident with my smile.
