I booked a 3pm Sunday hamam session and I had the best time honestly ! The hamam staff was stunning in every way they were pleasantly smiling and extremely cautious. My hamam lady Amal was the kindest person very considerate and very professional. Would 100% recommend going this was my closest experience to going to a Moroccan hamam in Morocco ! Karima was also outstandingly kind and patient. Would definitely come back !!!! Thank you lots !
This is our 4th (or maybe even 6th!) visit to Casa Spa, and that’s a testament to how much we love coming here. My mum and I visit every couple of months, and we always leave feeling relaxed and well looked after. The treatments are consistently excellent, which is exactly why we keep coming back—and we definitely plan to continue! As Muslim women, it’s such an ideal place for us, and we really appreciate the welcoming and comfortable environment. A special shoutout to Karima, who is always so lovely, and to one of the newer staff members, Amina. She did an amazing job with my hammam treatment—we both felt so cared for throughout the experience. Please take good care of these gems; they’re a real credit to the team! Highly recommend Casa Spa, and we can’t wait for our next visit.
I never usually write reviews, but I had to after today's amazing experience. I had the Escape Package and it was such a wonderful experience. Karima was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She did an incredible job with the body scrub, massage, and every part of the treatment. She was so polite, professional, and considerate, and she continuously checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and okay, which I genuinely appreciated. She made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire experience, and I felt truly looked after from beginning to end. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and thoroughly pampered. I'd also like to mention the other ladies who were there, whose names I unfortunately didn't catch. They were all so welcoming, kind, and friendly, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable from the moment I arrived. Thank you all for such a lovely experience. I will definitely be back!
Overall we had a lovely experience and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The treatments themselves were enjoyable and the refreshments provided were nice. The only thing that could be improved was the waiting time. We waited around an hour before our massage, and although our package was scheduled to last 1 hour 30 minutes, the full experience ended up taking close to 3 hours. It would be helpful if timings were communicated a little more clearly so guests know what to expect. Also, while refreshments were offered, the only water option available was tap water. Offering bottled water as well would be a nice touch. Overall it was still a pleasant experience and good value for the price, with just a few small areas that could make the visit even better.
I visited with my mum for a relaxing experience, mainly hoping to enjoy a traditional kessa glove exfoliation treatment. The whole process was easy and straightforward from start to finish. The sauna was different from other places we’ve visited — my mum has high blood sugar, so I was initially a little concerned, but the temperature was comfortable and not too intense, which made the experience enjoyable for her as well. The staff truly exceeded our expectations. Karima and Nassima were both lovely, professional, and incredibly welcoming. We felt very well looked after throughout. Highly recommended!
