Overall we had a lovely experience and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The treatments themselves were enjoyable and the refreshments provided were nice.
The only thing that could be improved was the waiting time. We waited around an hour before our massage, and although our package was scheduled to last 1 hour 30 minutes, the full experience ended up taking close to 3 hours. It would be helpful if timings were communicated a little more clearly so guests know what to expect.
Also, while refreshments were offered, the only water option available was tap water. Offering bottled water as well would be a nice touch.
Overall it was still a pleasant experience and good value for the price, with just a few small areas that could make the visit even better.

Worst spa experience ever.
I booked a hammam experience with a 30 minute massage.
Upon entering, we had two bookings but they refused to provide us with two lockers and forced us to fit everything into a cramped locker.
We were escorted downstairs, they gave us some soap and told us to wait in the sauna and be called in for our hammam. We spent approximately one hour waiting around in the sauna. We were called in for the hammam which was rushed, nothing was relaxing about the whole experience. We left the hammam and was told to wait for our massage. This consisted of another two hour wait. We waited from 3pm to 5pm to get a massage. The massage lasted from 5.05pm till 5.22pm. No where near the 30 mins we were expecting. The whole experience was so uncomfortable. No privacy and no organisation.
The experience was advertised as 90mins which easily meant we spent the whole day there just waiting around for treatments.
I was provided with a towel for my head, the towel smelt very damp and like it had been used multiple times before. The hygiene levels were inadequate.

I have been here twice, and I have to say it is an authentic place that truly lets you experience a Moroccan atmosphere. Every lady working there is kind, beautiful, caring, and cheerful 🤍 This is not a luxury place, but it is cosy, simple, and delivers exactly what it promises, and it is a place I will definitely return to. The mint tea at the end is the perfect finishing touch to the entire experience. And, this place is more affordable than many other in London.
A tip: If you walk back to the underground station, make sure to buy a fresh pomegranate juice from the nearby stall. It became my favourite thing afterwards.

I visited Casa Spa with a friend expecting a relaxing experience with quality body treatments, but unfortunately it was very disappointing.
From the beginning, there were hygiene issues. The towels had an unpleasant smell, which immediately made us uncomfortable. The steam room and treatment room were also in poor condition — there was visible mould between the tiles, some tiles were chipped, and the silicone around the edges was peeling. Overall, the place felt run down and not maintained to a hygienic standard.
One of the treatments was supposed to include a honey hair mask, but instead we were given a cheap Kallos Cosmetics biotin mask, which was clearly not what had been advertised. This felt misleading and unprofessional.
The only positive part of the experience was the staff. The ladies working there were very polite and friendly, and they tried their best to be helpful. Because of them, I’m giving 1 star instead of 0.
Unfortunately, due to the hygiene concerns, poor maintenance, and misleading treatment description, I would not recommend this spa.

My mom and I had the hammam and massage treatment yesterday and it was absolutely amazing! The experience was exceptional, I felt so light, relaxed, and refreshed afterwards. The staff were incredibly kind and caring; Lahima, Lamya, and Nassima were all wonderful. I had my massage with Karima and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. The complimentary tea was also delicious and such a lovely touch. Highly recommend!
