Worst spa experience ever. I booked a hammam experience with a 30 minute massage. Upon entering, we had two bookings but they refused to provide us with two lockers and forced us to fit everything into a cramped locker. We were escorted downstairs, they gave us some soap and told us to wait in the sauna and be called in for our hammam. We spent approximately one hour waiting around in the sauna. We were called in for the hammam which was rushed, nothing was relaxing about the whole experience. We left the hammam and was told to wait for our massage. This consisted of another two hour wait. We waited from 3pm to 5pm to get a massage. The massage lasted from 5.05pm till 5.22pm. No where near the 30 mins we were expecting. The whole experience was so uncomfortable. No privacy and no organisation. The experience was advertised as 90mins which easily meant we spent the whole day there just waiting around for treatments. I was provided with a towel for my head, the towel smelt very damp and like it had been used multiple times before. The hygiene levels were inadequate.
I booked a 3pm Sunday hamam session and I had the best time honestly ! The hamam staff was stunning in every way they were pleasantly smiling and extremely cautious. My hamam lady Amal was the kindest person very considerate and very professional. Would 100% recommend going this was my closest experience to going to a Moroccan hamam in Morocco ! Karima was also outstandingly kind and patient. Would definitely come back !!!! Thank you lots !
This is our 4th (or maybe even 6th!) visit to Casa Spa, and that’s a testament to how much we love coming here. My mum and I visit every couple of months, and we always leave feeling relaxed and well looked after. The treatments are consistently excellent, which is exactly why we keep coming back—and we definitely plan to continue! As Muslim women, it’s such an ideal place for us, and we really appreciate the welcoming and comfortable environment. A special shoutout to Karima, who is always so lovely, and to one of the newer staff members, Amina. She did an amazing job with my hammam treatment—we both felt so cared for throughout the experience. Please take good care of these gems; they’re a real credit to the team! Highly recommend Casa Spa, and we can’t wait for our next visit.
Overall we had a lovely experience and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The treatments themselves were enjoyable and the refreshments provided were nice. The only thing that could be improved was the waiting time. We waited around an hour before our massage, and although our package was scheduled to last 1 hour 30 minutes, the full experience ended up taking close to 3 hours. It would be helpful if timings were communicated a little more clearly so guests know what to expect. Also, while refreshments were offered, the only water option available was tap water. Offering bottled water as well would be a nice touch. Overall it was still a pleasant experience and good value for the price, with just a few small areas that could make the visit even better.
The environment was amazing, everything is clean and fresh, I had Amina and Karima that they scrubbed us with gentle care and they are so kind. Nassima that she greeted us with all her kindness and smile and take care of us after shower with nice Moroccan tea and agains so sweet!🌸
