Great surgery and it’s always easy to get an appointment (including several same day appointments when my son has been sick). Staff from docs, nurses and reception are great and always helpful and reassuring. It’s also easy to use automated booking systems which makes it quick and straightforward to get an appointment. You hear a lot of horror stories about the state of general practice in the NHS but Brondesbury are getting it right in my opinion and serve their community well in tough circumstances.
The docter I saw to day was very helpful and very nice good doctor. Explained everything to me to my understanding The receptionist Judith was lovely too. She helped me with a lot of things made me feel comfortable very nice Lady we need more people like her to be nice and understanding. Very nice day. I had an excellent experience yesterday. My request for an appointment was triaged so efficiently. I was seen by Dr Ellenbogen who I found to be very skilled and compassionate. She was very thorough and clear about next steps which were followed up. I could not have received better care.
I wish to say thank you to Denise Marsh (Social Prescriber). In the past 2 month I have twice seen her to help me complete difficult application forms I was struggling with. Both times she was well prepared in advance and very patient with me. Prior to that I saw her back in October seeking advise on how to access help regarding my current and future care and support needs. Her recommendations proved very helpful. Again excellent service from BMC.
