I’ve been a patient at the practice for a number of years now and have been impressed with the service I receive. The practice has been quick to adopt modern technology and utilise the skills of pharmacists and physician associates, which has made it easier for me to see a clinician when I need one. When I have needed urgent appointments, a GP has been available to support me, which I value. There have been many clinicians who have helped me, but I want to thank the GP Dr Dodson and the Practice Pharmacist, Carla for their support recently. They have helped me through a challenging time and I am grateful.
This is a personal review for Dr. Hina Kanani, words can not describe how much she has helped me, I suffer with movement issues for 16 years, trying and trying for people to listen, I nearly gave up till my mum told me to try once more but with Dr.Kanani, straight away she was listening,testing my movements, making appointments with services to find out what’s wrong with me. I now know what is happening with my body and it’s issues and currently using a service to help with it but Dr.Hina Kanani is truly a angel, she makes me feel so comfortable too, I can relax and talk to her which has always been tricky with others as I have ADHD and worry that I’m just doing too much but it’s like talking with a friend you known for years, she’s a serious hard worker and a master at her work, everytime I see her she just brings joy! It’s only been three months but my god she has truly changed my life and I can see a better and healthier future for myself and if she ever needs my helping hand in filmmaking etc it’s on the house! Always! Thank you Dr.Hina Kanani, you’re a legend!
Great surgery and it’s always easy to get an appointment (including several same day appointments when my son has been sick). Staff from docs, nurses and reception are great and always helpful and reassuring. It’s also easy to use automated booking systems which makes it quick and straightforward to get an appointment. You hear a lot of horror stories about the state of general practice in the NHS but Brondesbury are getting it right in my opinion and serve their community well in tough circumstances.
Had a minor surgery, and the Dr was so lovely and caring. She made sure that my visit wasn't wasted and did her best and successfully did the procedure. The Nurse and also other Dr assisted so caringly with encouragement and stroking my head and arm. I didn't need to wait, was called in straight away, everything from start to finish was done within 15 minutes and the instructions given if any complications or infections happen. Bus, train and overground facilities also one disabled bay right outside the surgery.
I just wanted to say thank you again! I rang yesterday with painful cellulitis of my left second toe that was spreading up my foot. I sent in an e-consult form, got phoned by a really pleasant helpful doctor within about half an hour, who took a good history & prescribed antibiotics immediately, which I could collect not long afterwards. This is the not a one-off. I've had 2 previous emergencies in the last few months & they were dealt with in exactly the same respectful way by different doctors. I also I had a face-to-face consultation with Dr Witt & a medical student, which again was great. From the moment I walked in, I was helped & treated well by reception & really listened to by the doctor. I had a cancer scare & I was seen & cleared by hospital within 10 days of my appointment.
