Repeatedly cancels appointments with either the dentist or hygienist with little to no notice. It’s impossible to get the appointments back to back given my allocated dentist only works every second week meaning you have to wait a ridiculously long time to reschedule. On top of that, one of my recent hygienist appointments lasted 7 minutes, which seems ridiculous when you consider it’s £70. Unhappy with the set up, I asked if I could switch to a full time dentist and was told I would need to contact the management team. I asked the receptionist to have the management team phone me as I did not see why I should be inconvenienced further after yet another cancelled appointment. Having not received said call I sent two emails asking for the management team to call me. Neither has been acknowledged and still no call. I will be finding a new practice as the organisation and management team here STINKS.
I worked with Dr Chinwe from Feb-Nov for Invisalign and the results were amazing. Dr Chinwe is the best dentist I've worked with for many reasons - you always feel totally at ease in her care, she is always extremely welcoming and personable (no matter if it's 0800 on a Monday!), she is always available to answer questions via email when you're away from appointments, and she ensures that you're happy with the results regardless of how long anything might take. I'd definitely recommend working with Dr Chinwe and I've now switched my dentist to Borough Dental Care as I received such a professional experience. I knew what was happening at every stage of the treatment.
Really great experience here. I've been to many different dentists in the past always avoiding the next visit because of the poor service and brutality. Today wasn't like that at all. I was seen immediately by Srita. She did an amazing job. I hadn't been to the hygienist in a couple of years and she did an amazing job. Got all the stains out in super fast time. Really happy with my visit. Will be back again
I had such a great experience with Dr. Chinwe Akuonu. I went in with a really painful wisdom tooth and she was incredibly kind, gentle and professional throughout. She did a thorough check-up and cleaned the area, and also promptly sent a referral to the hospital for extraction. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. I’m so grateful for her gentle approach and genuine care!
