I have been seeing Dr. Lorin Sulaiman for about a year now and have always had a great experience. She is professional, gentle and consistently takes the time to explain treatments clearly. I feel comfortable and well cared for at every visit, and the clinic is always welcoming and well-organised. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable dentist.
I had an appointment with Dental Hygienist Arghavan Ghazi. She was very professional, explained to me how to take care of my teeth, and did a great job. She sent me a report so that I always stay on track. I would have given a 5* but for the African heritage receptionist with short hair who seemed condescending at times. Nevertheless, my main deal is with the dental specialists, so I am very happy with them.
My experience at Beaufort Dental was mixed. While the treatment itself was satisfactory, I found Dr. Deepa Vekaria’s approach unnecessarily harsh and lacking reassurance. Instead of clearly explaining the situation and making us feel comfortable, the communication felt more blaming than supportive. Would not recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience with this dental clinic. The receptionist was extremely impatient and unhelpful. My English is not very good, but instead of being understanding, they were rude and made me feel uncomfortable whenever I called. The denture they made for me did not fit properly and broke twice, which made me question the quality of their work. I was very disappointed with the treatment and the lack of care in resolving the problem. They also cancelled one of my appointments without much consideration. Later, I needed to change another appointment, but because their office was closed over the weekend, I was unable to contact them or leave the required 24-hour notice. Even though it was impossible to reach anyone, they refused to let me reschedule, which I felt was unfair and inflexible. Overall, the quality of the dental work and the customer service were both disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated over the phone. I had an urgent situation and needed to go to Royal Free Hospital, but the staff member I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was simply trying to explain a reasonable situation regarding my dental appointment, but instead of being treated with understanding or basic courtesy, I felt like I was being told off. The person on the phone spoke to me as if they were the boss and I had done something wrong. I have never experienced such poor phone manners from a healthcare-related service. Visiting the dentist is already stressful enough, and no patient should be made to feel intimidated or disrespected for asking for help or explaining an emergency
