I have been with Andy and the team at Aspiration for many years now and I can't praise them highly enough. They are friendly, helpful and professional and always do everything they can to accommodate any changes to my schedule that affect my appointments. When I made an enquiry for the hair system. I spoke to Junaid who made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service was provided by the hair stylist. I am extremely happy with my system. The system is very realistic and made a huge difference in the way I look. Iv been a system wearer for the past 8 years or so and have never used any other company other than aspirations. I travel from bradford which is quite away but worth the journey for the professional service that is, and has been provided throughout! The manager and his team do an exceptional job and always go that extra mile to make sure you leave the salon feeling 100%. The genuine and sympathetic approach you experience here is incredible! I cannot express enough how this lovely family run business has supported me through the traumatic time of losing my hair and providing me with the most beautiful hair systems. I has my consultation with Andy, which I was surprised that the owner did this first hand himself. he made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Andy explained that he could give me my confidence back. I was sceptical before this meeting, but Andy made my mind up that day. To make it even better, I could get my new hair within 2 weeks! When I came to have my hair done Andy was there, with Brooke. They both made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I was able to get the style I wanted, and within about an hour I felt like a new me, well the old me! I threw that baseball cap that had been attached to my head for many years straight in the bin! being a young man losing my hair was a big struggle and had a huge impact on me, how I felt, how I looked at myself. I lost my confidence and his behind the cap. I cannot thank Andy and Aspiration for honestly giving me my life back! I cannot recommend them enough.
