DO NOT go to this dentist. Complete scammers. I booked with the receptionist 3 weeks before. I told her it was important I could get a filling on the same day because I was leaving the country the next day. She said it would be completely okay.
On the day of my appointment, the dentist, (I’m not sure his name but he’s a young looking Asian man, maybe in his 30s). He looked at my teeth for 30 seconds and told me I need 2 fillings, I then said yes that’s why I’m here so I can get it done today. Then he said “I can’t do it today” and I asked why and he said “I just can’t today, you have to book it”. He kept saying he couldn’t even though I explained that I booked to have a filling because I’m leaving the country. He just didn’t care and acted like it was my problem. I got charged £30 for being in the room for 5 minutes. I was so frustrated by the situation I went back 15 minutes later to ask for a refund but they had closed the doors. The receptionist was leaving and she told me the dentist had to leave the clinic early for his own personal reasons. I understand that everyone has their own lives but the complete disregard and lack of consideration for customers is beyond me. Do not come to this dentist as they will take your money and do whatever they want. I asked for a refund but they have refused to provide it even though I explained my situation in person to the receptionist and via email. Daylight robbery, do not come here.

Upon reviewing their reply below, this is a perfect example of their behaviour as a practice. Completely unapologetic and simply defending their own actions. I hope that people will see this and understand the type of business they are.
Additionally, their response is not factual, the dentist DID NOT see more patients because there was nobody else in the clinic when I left, and I returned within 10-15 minutes, so how could they possible see 2 more people within that timeframe? Actually, considering they only see their customers for 5 minutes, this would be possible for them.
Also, the receptionist promised me that I would get a filling on the same day. And I asked multiple times because I knew I would be leaving the country.
The dentist took the x-ray within the 30 seconds that he saw me. And that was it, no filling was provided.

I found the experience to be less helpful than I had hoped. Despite explaining that my child was in pain, there seemed to be reluctance to arrange a dental appointment. It appears that her long-term orthodontic treatment is complicating the situation, as it restricts her from easily changing her membership at the surgery. She's in pain now and the woman is asking me to ring up on Thursday.. Whats a money grabbing world this is.. Where is the compassion

A year ago I presented Dr Ali with a serious dental problem - broken bridgework, some metal deeply embedded in a tooth... I had to spend quite a few lengthy sessions in the chair before it was fixed. I'm not saying it was fun - but he couldn't have been clearer explaining what needed to be done - or better at actually doing it. One year on, with a couple of new crowns and much better dental health, I'm very glad it was him I went to. Highly recommended.

As someone who has avoided the dentist out of nervousness for way too long, I was forced to make an emergency appointment when I developed a huge swelling on my jaw from a tooth infection. From the first consultation to my final appointment (just finished today) Ive felt reassured and informed of exactly what was happening. Extremely happy with the service and the work done (root canal, gold cap, deep clean) and my teeth haven’t felt this good in years. My dentist and his assistant were both absolutely lovely and would be happy to recommend this practice to anyone, especially if like me you’ve not been in a while!!

I could not fault the service!
Incredible friendly and welcoming environment, the practice is very clean and Ashish is a true professional. I went here after seeing great Google reviews and I concur with the positive feedback given and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is after a dentist in the area.
I am obsessive with my teeth and had been looking for a good dentist for a while and the service today has certainly made me comfortable to re-book them whenever I need a check-up.
I had a chip on my front tooth and Ashish sorted it right out, I am very happy with the results. I never write any type of reviews online but they deserve the praise - so that is telling of the service!
