Anna came very highly recommended. My daughter was suffering from a very stubborn wart She has performed a miracle and got rid of it! Having witnessed her expertise for myself. I can see why. It’s rare to find a professional service that combines outstanding quality of medical care along with such a caring demeanour. Will definitely be seeing her again!
Poor management of appointments & lack of communication. We always had 30-40 mins appointments booked for all the sessions taken (About 4-5) and in the last appointment we were made to wait 45 mins just because we were 15 mins late as I had to wait for my daughter to finish her test at school , when we reached someone was already taken in our session time and we were asked to wait, we waited 45 mins and later were told that more appointments are lined up so we will not be seen- we were informed over the phone and there was no audacity to apologise or atleast talk in person! When asked how was part of our appointment time given to someone else, we were told that our appointment time was only 15 mins although this was never communicated to us and all sessions we took were 30 mins minimum! This shows greediness to encash every possible minute which is quite a shame & unprofessional.
