Very disappointing experience. My appointment was cancelled because I didn’t send a £100 bank transfer to “hold” the slot - despite having confirmed multiple times over email.
While the policy may exist, requiring patients to manually transfer £100 to secure a medical appointment feels excessive and unprofessional. It makes the process feel more like booking a restaurant table than arranging healthcare.
I also regret having spent £35 on the initial consultation, as the overall experience has left me questioning the clinic’s priorities.

0 customer experience attention. They just want your money. Also, why would you demand people to send you a BANK TRANSFER deposit for an appointment? Thats as much of a scam as it gets, not even putting a booking service portal. Asking for a bank transfer deposit in 2026 is frankly ridiculous. Will be reporting their fitness to practice to the General Dental Council

I previously left a 4 star review after an appointment where I was satisfied but not 100%.
Since then, my experience has changed significantly. The NHS referral was successful and a long-standing issue (18+ years) was properly diagnosed and resolved in under 4 months. The dentist went out of their way to accommodate me, answer my questions, and make sure everything was handled properly.
The dentist is busy, but the care and follow-through have been excellent. Overall, I’m happy with the outcome and the service I’ve received since, and I’m comfortable continuing here as my clinic. Thanks guys !

A dental practice that does not differentiate between a private or NHS client.
All customers are treated equally
Their priority is to treat and heal their client, not to make money and nowadays this kind of dental practice is very rare!
Receptionist always smiling and pleasant who take their time to listen to the customers we couldn't ask for better
My dentist Dr. Fahad is very professional and above all very patient with the client. Being afraid of dental syringes, he reassured me and in a fraction of a second I didn't feel the injection

I had a very disappointing experience at 80 Kensington High Street Dental. I felt the consultation was rushed and lacked proper explanation of my treatment options. Rather than discussing balanced solutions, there was a strong emphasis on expensive private procedures, which made me uncomfortable and pressured.
I expected clear advice focused on my dental health, but instead I left feeling unheard and uncertain about the necessity of the treatments suggested. Communication and patient care did not meet the standard I would expect from a professional practice.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
