I visited the clinic for a soon consultation for a facial . I was advised that this is essential to ensure that I receive the best treatment to achieve my skin goals. I was pleasantly surprised on arrival the clinic is clean and inviting . The therapist then took a image of my cleasned face to get a true picture and understanding of my skin. She then proceeded to discuss the best treatment . I am now looking forward to my first facial here this week. I really do have high hopes and feeling excited

Every appointment is handled with great care and attention to detail, and the quality of their work is impeccable. Visited Skin Wellness the day before just get info on hair removal laser treatment, I was invited by the receptionist to have me booked in for a free consultation and a skin patch test, as I have never had any laser treatment before. I was told you don't have to book your treatment straight away you can choose when you want to come in but you have to book your 6 sessions (pay) when you do decide to book. That's fine, no problem. Following day I went for free consultation and skin patch test. Filled out forms, as expected for the therapist, who came to me and did my consultation in the waiting area (shop front). Okay I was the only one in there, but anybody could have walked in. So after consultation I was told I can only have the patch test after I have booked my sessions because they can tell straight away if laser treatment is suitable for me or not. I did not matter to them, if I wanted to decide if laser treatment is something I wanted or not. Very disappointed.
Had the best massage of my life with Ali, he worked wonders on my neck and my back. He also gave me so much useful advice on managing my muscle pain. My new favourite place & favourite masseuse, I will never go anywhere else again!
Had a great massage from Chris. Well worth it. Only thing if say is to let them know in advance if you'd like it warm. Can imagine it gets chilly in the winter. Good strong pressure on the massage and Chris was very knowledgeable about the human body. Recommend!
