Ellie is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming for a while nice and clean and very professional. But Ellie is a bloody star. Whenever I see that red hair coming my heart fills! Extremely disappointed with my experience at Laser Clinics Brent Cross. I have been undergoing laser hair removal for over two years and booked this session as a top-up. I specifically requested the Candela Alexandrite/Pro at 11 joules (20mm, 3ms) — the same settings I have consistently received at other Laser Clinics locations. I asked two staff members, both of whom assured me they had this machine and could use those exact settings. During the treatment, the laser felt unusually weak. When I raised this concern, I was dismissed and told it “felt softer because I’ve had laser for so long.” Less than two weeks later, hair began growing back. I was told this was “normal” and that it would fall out. It has now been over a month, and the hair still hasn’t fallen out — it has continued to grow. This is something I have never experienced in over two years of laser treatments. Customer service has been equally unacceptable. It took 10 days to receive a proper response, and despite being aware that I was visiting the UK on holiday and unable to attend an in-clinic review, they refused any form of remote assessment. I sent photos and requested a Zoom call or even FaceTime, all of which were declined. The matter was ultimately closed with no resolution, no accountability, and no refund. I am now out of pocket for a treatment that was clearly not performed as agreed, with zero effort made to resolve the issue. An unacceptable experience. I am extremely disappointed and would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking at this location.
