I booked a perm appointment with Antonio and I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEE MY CURLS!!! My hairs naturally really frizzy and annoying. They gave me a perm and really looked after my hair. All the stylists who I spoke to that day were sooo lovely! I love the way my curls came out (See pictures!!!) They offer you drinks, water, tea coffee etc which is really nice as this was the first salon I have been to that does this! Antonio was amazing and lovely to chat with. Really polite and funny. Before the appointment i had a consultation with him and I showed him my desired results. He got me exactly what I asked for so thank you so much!! The other lady that was helping him i forgot her name was amazing too. After the first wash my hair came out really frizzy and horrible. I knew the perm had worked, but I had no clue how to care for it. So I bought all the products they recommended and it took me three tries to get it to the curls when I left the salon. I got there in the end. Moral of the story is that it’s trial and error to get your hair the way you need it to look! The curls have dropped a little bit and they’re not as tight as before but it honestly looks more natural and pretty :))) The first set of pictures before the frizzy mess is after the salon and the rest is after i washed it and tried different products on it xx Thank you guys for being so lovely xxx
I had my perm done by Selin and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the results! From the moment I arrived, she was so friendly, professional, and welcoming. She took the time to talk me through every step of the process, explaining what she was doing and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. The results exceeded my expectations, my curls look amazing and exactly what I was hoping for. It's clear that Selin is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. The whole salon has such a lovely atmosphere, and everyone was so warm and friendly. I would highly recommend Selin to anyone considering a perm or any hair treatment. Absolutely loved my perm! It turned out exactly how I wanted, with natural-looking curls that lasted really well. The whole experience was friendly and professional, and I was given great advice on how to look after it. I’d definitely recommend and would happily come back again!
I visited this salon today for a wash and cut to help blend my hair extensions. This had already been discussed and agreed with the receptionist when I booked my appointment over the phone. Unfortunately, my experience with the stylist was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. From the moment I sat in the chair, he was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a way that was completely unacceptable. Every time I tried to explain my hair history, my natural curls, and what I was hoping to achieve, I was interrupted, talked over, or dismissed. He even made me feel as though I was lying about my own hair, which was both insulting and humiliating. I completely understand if what I wanted wasn’t possible. A professional stylist is well within their rights to explain why a service can’t be carried out. What is never acceptable is making a customer feel belittled, spoken down to, and embarrassed simply for asking questions and explaining their own hair. There is a huge difference between saying, “I’m sorry, I can’t do that because…” and speaking to someone with such disrespect that they leave feeling upset. As someone with naturally curly hair, finding a stylist who understands curls is incredibly difficult. I had driven 45 minutes to this appointment because I genuinely believed I was going to someone who would listen and offer professional advice. Instead, I left feeling shocked, embarrassed, and close to tears because of the way I was spoken to. No customer should ever be made to feel like they are beneath the person providing the service. I do want to acknowledge that another stylist kindly offered to do my hair afterwards, and I appreciate that gesture. However, by that point the damage had already been done. I felt so uncomfortable after the way I had been treated that I simply wanted to leave. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously because technical skill is only one part of being a professional. Treating customers with basic respect, listening to them, and communicating with kindness should be the minimum standard.
I’ve been to this salon twice now and have been so happy with my experience each time. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, and they always go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. They even offered to grab me lunch during my appointment, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The team is also very knowledgeable and generous with their advice, taking the time to share helpful tips and recommendations. What I appreciate most is their honesty and professionalism—they genuinely care about the health of your hair and won’t carry out a service if they believe it could cause damage. After some bad experiences elsewhere, that level of care and integrity means a lot to me. I always leave feeling looked after and in safe hands. I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!
