I had an excellent experience with Dr Masani. He made me feel ever so comfortable throughout the appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such kindness and grace with professionalism. I’m really grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Betul was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to be with me during the appointment. She went above and beyond for me, and calmed all of my anxiety down in a matter of minutes. I want to thank Yaren also for fielding all of my calls! I rang a silly amount of times and she'd been nothing but helpful. A truly exceptional service from everyone I have encountered at the practice. I am not a fan of clinics but I wouldn't hesitate to come here again. Thank you all again for your unwavering hospitality! Xx

I had an aesthetics treatment with Dr Jones today and cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, personable and incredibly informative. She took the time to explain every aspect of the procedure, including the techniques used and what to expect, which made me feel completely at ease. Dr Jones is also remarkably gentle when injecting. It was such a lovely experience from start to finish and I am thrilled with my treatment!

I had a really good experience at Mayfair Practice. Dr Masani is a gentle, pleasantly paced person who talked me through the procedure step by step. His assistant (I’m sorry I didn’t catch the name!) is also a reassuring presence in the room. They both display great kindness and respect. Lovely time!

My experience at Mayfair Practise has genuinely been the best clinic experience I’ve ever had. From the very first meeting through to the procedure itself, Dr. Masani and Betul made me feel completely comfortable and in the safest hands. I was anxious, nervous, and quite emotional beforehand, but they were so patient, understanding, and reassuring with me and my many questions. They instantly put me at ease. It’s so refreshing to meet people who are not only true experts at what they do, but are also genuinely warm and kind inside and out. There was absolutely no intimidating or “stuck-up” energy — just professionalism, compassion, and such a welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you as well to the lovely reception team - you’re all amazing! At this point, I need to find an excuse just to come back. Thank you for making this such a positive and memorable experience.

I had three moles removed at the Mayfair practice. Dr Hussein, who carried out the procedure, did a fantastic job both explaining every detail about it and actually performing it. The whole team made the experience truly enjoyable, everyone was very friendly and made sure that everything was to my liking. Taking price, service and competency into account, I honestly believe it doesn’t get better than Mayfair Practice for a mole removal.
